"The staff was amazing! From the warm greeting and smiling face behind the front desk to every person we came in contact with, I could not say enough kind of things about the friendliness of the staff. Our room was wonderful!!. It was clean and it was comfortable. “Yay” for a wonderful mattress and pillows! The accessibility to the entrance of ZNP was fabulous! We put in some long days, enjoying the hiking trails and it was so convenient to be at our hotel lickety-split at the end of the day."
