We arrived at the hotel, with a tired baby, tired after a long drive, only to find the hotel closed. When they were contacted, they just said: "Sorry, but we can't help you. You will have to find another place to stay. You will have to call Travelocity if you want a refund" Charming

Rooms are clean. Bed, bathroom, t.v. Carpeting is very outdated and old looking. Construction on the outside. Outside property was very messy and unkept.

Great place for a good price!
I stay here frequently. Service is always fantastic. The building itself is nothing special but it is clean and safe for a fair price. So I love it and will be back.

Went to a Razorback game and it was a perfect location for getting to the game but not to close to get involved in post game traffic.

Where do I start?
Let me start off with the good. The location was nice. Okay, that is the end of the good. This was a trip my family took just to relax and run around NW Arkansas. When we got to the hotel it was in the middle of a renovation, which it badly needs. It would have been nice to tell that it was in the middle of a reno on the website. Another reason we picked this hotel was the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing and way to cold swim in. The hot tub was hot but only 2 jets were working. The room we got was, not to long ago, a smoking room. The smell of stale smoke was everywhere. The bathtub had burn marks on the tub where cigarettes had been. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and after a terrible night's sleep we went down to breakfast. Breakfast was sub-par with the worst coffee I've had in a while. The hotel staff had the TV on in the dining area really loud, and when we asked for them to turn it down, the front desk guy just smiled and turned it louder. I haven't written a bad review in a while, but this place definitely deserves it. Maybe after the reno it may be a good place, but we will find a different place from now on.

Conveniently located to food and shopping. The pool is NOT heated. We asked the front desk staff and they didn’t know if it was suppose to be or not. The continental breakfast was very limited to just pancakes and toast. There was yogurt but it was expired. Coffee and juice was available as well.

We stayed during the Bikes Blues & BBQ weekend. We had a King Deluxe room. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Find somewhere else!
My hotel room was filthy. The room had a dirty bed with visible stains and strains of hair. I went to the front desk and was supplied with another room. This room was clean to the naked eye. I am sure a black light would confirm my nightmares. For the pricing of the rooms, the quality was lacking severely.

No sympathy!
I can't believe y'all will not refund me for at least one night. I understand I didn't book the correct date but I had 2 nights so I feel one of those charges would of been enough for y'all. When I'm back up that way I'll be sure not to stay at your hotel even if it's the only one available. Do better!

Affordable place to stay. Room was fairly quiet even though it was near the freeway. Plenty of places to walk to to eat. Fueling stations were nearby. Pool was a great way to spend an hour relaxing. Everyone was super friendly.

My only tiny complaint is that the vending machine was only 1/4 full. No bottled water was available. Other than that it was awesome Room was very comfortable and the bed was wonderful

3 days-2 nights. Saw the same staff all weekend. 1 person working check in and breakfast. Room was luke warm and it could never cool down. Needs a face lift and updating. Not impressed with the condition, especially given the La Quinta brand and the rate.
