Decent property. Only there for a few hours to sleep and hit the road. Lots of stray hairs on the towels, bedding, and floor. Also quite a few stains on the carpet.

I was double charged. Expedia didn’t schedule the room, so I had to pay at the Motel. About an hour later, Expedia billed my Visa. Now I have to try to get a refund. This should be fun.

This Days Inn was extremely clean and well kept. I stayed there for a week and Sam, the manager, was very accommodating to help me since I have environmental sensitivities. He is a genuinely nice guy and will go out of his way to help. The only drawback for me was that one of the streets next to the hotel seems to be a route for larger trucks, It can get louder at times however I’m sensitive to noise, so it may not be a big deal to others and it is not something the hotel management can do anything about.

There was essentially no noise isolation between our room and the next. The next room watched TV until 2am and then the their alarm clock went endlessly at 7am.

Good motel, rooms were clean and spacious just past city of Provo. Furniture in good shape. Bed was great. Breakfast is limited but included. The front desk service was good. Convenient location, near several gas stations and about 8mins from a Walmart and numerous restaurants and fast food places. If passing through I would stay again.

This hotel is easily accessible from the I-15, very clean, polite and professional person at the front desk, and a great looking room. The only issue is that the bed was hard like a rock, which made for a very uncomfortable sleep.

Stayed on both legs of our trip. The rooms were both clean, spacious and very well equipped. The breakfast was as expected, with a pretty good selection. My biggest - the coffee could be a lot better! And that's pretty important for travelers heading out for a long drive. But then again, the coffee was not horrible, just not excellent! Overall it definitely lived up to our expectations and we would stay there again.

The front desk staff was so kind. Overall it was a good stay. Some furniture in the room were torn and there were some dark stains but the cleanliness was good. The beds we’re comfortable.

Was told the pool and Hot tub were seasonal, however winter/spring months they should at very least have a operating hot tub. They didn't even have a plug for the tub or enough hot water to take a full 10min shower! And the bathroom floors were fithy! I took pictures, told, and showed the lady at the front desk she asked which corner ....it's the whole bathroom floor! I am NOT happy with my stay!

The evening staff was sitting on the sofa in the lobby scrolling through her phone. Thought she was a guest at first. We needed new keys because ours quit working .No hot water in the dining area or coffee maker in the room to use for hot water. Head board loose on the wall.

Facilities are adequate. Friendly staff. The second time I've stayed at this hotel. However, during my recent stay, the hot and cold water were switched in the sink, and the hot water seemed to have trouble getting hot in the shower. I suggest adding detachable shower heads.
