The lady who works at the General Store was very helpful in letting is use her phone when we learned Verizon does not have service up there. “I did not stay at this property as I was unable to gain access and the exterior was like entering the set of a Halloween movie. I am requesting a full refund. It was no where near as it was presented. Total misrepresentation and I have pictures. I did not stay and paid another 300 elsewhere Had guests from Canada and was totally embarrassed that they would think I would ask them to stay in such a disgusting place. You should check your properties before presenting them”

“The property is located in a beautiful area, however it seems not well maintained and lack of employees. Check in was smooth and the front dest person was very nice. It’s hard to get hold of anyone when you need help. The room has spider webs and spiders, the bathroom has mould on the ceiling and shower curtain was very dirty. We didn’t get to shower because there is no bath towels due to shut down of electricity. Not very pleasant stay!”
