“Very close to kings canyon NP. Hard to find such cheap place with private bath so close to the NP. These are really big houses split into smaller hotel-like rooms. Check Expedia messages on the day of arrival for details, as it took us quite some time to find the right door in the dark when we arrived as we had no cell connection thru the day in Sequoia. Expedia makes it hard to see the message (first emails, then have to login with the silly multi-factor authentication to see the mesage from……

“On the top of the list for stays! Adorable cabin with charm and lots of history and you can tell the love it's been given. Fully equipped with everything you may need- charming decor and a definite plus across the street from Pinehurst Bar- we really enjoyed the staff and food. Highly recommend and hope we can return someday!”

“The place it’s pretty and the lake view was good but the cabine was so dirty, the bathtub was nasty , the bed smell and the sofa too . Overall I think if they clean a little bit more deeply will be helpful and healthier”

“The directions were clear to get to the spot. It small studio cabin but great for two people! Beautiful stars, little picnic table outside with a small patio. The other cabin does have a better view of sunset, but you have a beautiful view as well! Very cozy. Love hearing the nature around, we also heard woodpeckers at night. Would return again.”

“The property was very hard to locate. Very hard to get down to the cabin itself. Not clean when we got there. Out house with a peer moss toilet very unique. WiFi was slow and the cabin itself was very small. The bed was a futon which was very small. It was a very unique experience and not one I personally would recommend.”

“Probably should remove Wifi reference from property description. Bathroom placement is a bit odd but worked out well. Peaceful quiet location. ”

“Location was good. Towels sheets, beds were good. Surfaces were clean. Not worried about rodents or bugs but the floors were not clean. Deck and access could use a little maintenance but doable. Lots of little steps and uneven flooring. Not great for elderly. Little bar down the street is huge bonus.”

“It is located close to Kings canyon and a bit far from Sequoia, but not too far. The house is spacious and confortable. The owner is helpful and approachable. Great price. However, the location is far from EV chargers 35 miles.”
