Disappointing experience starting with Expedia, saying I canceled my date and all the hoops I had to go through to save the reservation. The motel shower curtains reeked of mildew, bed was sunk in the middle, sheets were thin, the tv was so small and only had like 3 channels, and not even clear. Noisy neighbors, it’s like they were in the room with us, so loud!! It was pretty bad. I’d go elsewhere next time for sure. Won’t be going back there.

Towels, blankets, tv, very, very old. Room mold smell, mold under the bathroom counter top, we all have a little rush next morning. Definitely we never going to use this hotel again. It was terrible!

We had 3 rooms reserved, had to change one of them, so technically we saw 4 rooms at this property and ALL of them were super-dirty! Bathroom sinks and tubs clogged, shreds of hair all of the place. The staff was very reluctant responding to our complaints, seemed they didn’t care much… Will never come back to this place and would definitely not recommend to anyone!

I came in late around 7pm. The property looks nice from the outside. I can tell it has been remodeled since I can see the patches here and there. Bed is comfy. The price is right. The shower, water doesn’t drain fast enough. Maybe need a place to put shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower

Lady at the front desk was nice but upon arrival she prioritized other guests that came in after me for towels (twice) and was left there waiting for a while because she went to check if the room was ready, once she came back she told me that she didn’t have a room with a king size bed how I booked it so she upgraded me to a suite which was great for me once she gave me the key I went to the room and it was dirty with the sheet undone like somebody had just left, the receptionist told me she was so sorry that she didn’t check it before giving me the key, I just told her to send someone to clean it and she said that the housekeeper had called out and had no one to clean it so I just said to find another room and to have the key ready once I came back from dinner. Just got the room and fridge is dirty and this room has a fireplace but it looks like you have to turn on the gas with some pliers when I called the front desk for help she said that she hasn’t been trained for that yet. Lady is nice and kind but still didn’t get the service I needed. I know it’s not a five star hotel but still.

When we arrived, the front desk gave us a key to a used room. She quickly adjusted our room to a double (from a single) but the heater didn't work well, the bed had sand in it and the toilet broke. The hot water also did not work.
