The young man who worked at the front desk was helpful, friendly & efficient. He also had cookies! Parking is available & very convenient for the area. The bar & restaurant is convenient but the brunch was overpriced, $14 for a continental breakfast & $17 if you add eggs & bacon. It was not good. Even if it was it wasn’t worth it. When I originally booked the room I swear the it said the continental breakfast was free. The pool & hot tub were very nice. However the chairs & towel’s available were worn & in disrepair. When we checked in the room was very nice & clean. The next morning we went out for the day. We didn’t return until late in the day. Our room hadn’t been touched. No clean towels, the beds weren’t made, the bathroom was not cleaned, garbage hadn’t been emptied & there wasn’t another roll of toilet paper to replace the one that ran out. I went to the front desk. We had the same man that checked us in. He apologized & said he would try to take care of it. He did get us towels & toilet paper. The next day we ran out of conditioner. Again we headed out for the day. Towels were replaced & the garbage emptied. That’s all that was done. Conditioner wasn’t filled. Beds weren’t made. Sink & tub were not cleaned. We our last 2 days we didn’t see her. We had a pile of towels with no where to put them. I was happy with the room originally, parking, location & the young man at the front desk. The rest left a lot to be desired.

Great location to every major attraction. There is an amazing cathedral and park right across the street. The staff was so helpful, pleasant and accomodating. There are complimentary fresh chocolate chip cookies, coffee, tea and water. Hot breakfast buffet at an extra charge. Workout room and pool was very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my time and will definitely return!

The service was outstanding, Brandon in the front desk was absolutely kind and helpful. Location amazing, rooms comfortable and you’re so close to the saint augustine downtown!

The property is in need of updating. The staff was very nice and helpful. Because of the look of the hotel I would not stay there again or refer a friend to it.

Really good value for this property although a 10-15 min walk to St. George Street. Amazing cookies too as always. Would highly recommend for convenience and value and cleanliness

I arrived at the beautiful hotel property to find no available parking spots in the hotel parking lot and had to park on a nearby street. Once I entered the hotel I overheard 2 employees having a conversation with some extremely vulgar language. I was greeted at the front desk by an guest service agent (hotel receptionist) that looked at me with a blank stare and said "what's up?". I replied with my name and advised him the I had a reservation . The hotel receptionist replied with "so you're here to check-in?" with a sarcastic, questionable look on his face. I have never felt so disrespected and unwelcome to any business or establishment, let alone a hotel that I paid to visit. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times a year and will not be returning.

The hotel was generally great, but the fridge not working at all was a real bummer for us. Kudos to Andy for keeping our drinks cold for us one of the restaurant's refrigerators. He really save the day for us!

One top corner of our fitted sheet was not tucked in and it was very hard for us to fix it. Also, I don't think they should charge for parking. But the hotel was very nice. We really liked the bar - the food and service. The room was very nice as well.

The property was good and well kept. Unfortunately we paid for breakfast for our stay and on Saturday there was only a few pieces of bread remaining at 9am. On Sunday, there was no breakfast. Upon checkout, we let the front desk on this and they said they can remove the parking for both nights for the inconvenience. 2 hours after we checked out, we have a charge for $51. Getting a hold of them to get answers was nearly inpossible since the number provided gets forwarded to Corporate reservations. They put me on hold to transfer me to the hotel, but went back in to the Corporate reservation line.
