No hot water for 1/2 the time. My room 526 smelled like a latrine. The iron had some junk on it and burnt a hole in my new shirt. I called and complained. They did nothing, probably because I booked through Expedia. They left the stink and bad iron in the room for the next sucker.

the room we booked wasn't available so we were given a different room with different bed sizes. The heating/ac machine made a horrible noise. When I got up to go to the bathroom the overhead sprinkler was spraying water on me and all over the bathroom. The floor of the bathroom was covered with water. I think it stopped after about an hour, thank goodness as I don't know what would have happened otherwise.

Hotel appears to have undergone a renovation. The Lobby and common areas looked fantastic. The room and hallway on the forth floor were dirty. Carpet was removed from room and replaced with laminate flooring. The baseboards and flooring looked to be installed by a low quality craftsman. The bathroom had little curly hairs all over the place. The bathtub was removed and the tile job that replaced it was done by the same craftsman. Shower curtain was still set up for a tub so it did not touch floor. No barrier was made for the water which traveled and puddled on the far side of the bathroom floor. Bathroom sink looked to have been pulled from the wall and same skilled craftsman filled the 1 1/2" gap with white caulk. Walls in room had markings and shadows of furniture that once resided there. Looked like the Grinch just stole items out the room. The place reminded of my first roach infested 1 bedroom cheap apartment when I was just getting started out in life. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here. They need to finish renovations before renting out rooms.

DO NOT STAY HERE (Jan 19-20) Craaaazy construction noise starting at 7am (which was awful because we didn’t go to bed until 1am due to my child’s gymnastics competition, leaking toilets from floor above that flooded our bathroom and mediocre service at best. I stayed here one night with my family (husband and two kids). 7am there was very loud hammering from a floor below that woke us all up. When we went in the bathroom we found it flooded with water. When I went and spoke to management they told me the banging more was from construction below us and when I asked about the flooded bathroom the manager informed me that the room above (519) had a toilet overflow which caused the bathroom flooding in our room. They simply said “oh it’s okay we fixed it and you are checking out”. There was no willingness to refund us for these things. It was simply ridiculous and disgusting to have sewer water all over the floor (including soaking several of our clothing items that had been in the bathroom). And the lack of sleep at an establishment that promises a good night of sleep was disappointing. I would expect some sort of refund when I’ve paid $220 to stay somewhere for only one night.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The water pressure in the shower was barely coming out and the rooms felt dirty just walking around inside. The spout on the bathtub was loose and didn't want my family to even shower at this place or get in the beds.

This was our second time at this property and we won’t be back. Very disappointing. The entire hallway had splotches of paint on the carpet like they painted the walls but had not replaced the carpet yet. Very cheap looking like a $70 motel. The bathroom fixtures were all loose and outdated and toilet was so short and seat loose. Cheap Dove products in the bathrooms - yuck. What was most disappointing was the entire reason for our trip was to go to Nights of Lights. I feel the front desk staff should be well versed in basic information about the areas main attraction. Well the very nice woman at the front desk told us we should have no trouble parking since it was a weekday. We chose based on this to drive downtown and not take an Uber. Ended up driving in circles for over an hour and finally giving up and returning to the hotel for the night. She should have known to suggest an Uber. I would not stay at this hotel again and it definitely was not worth the price.

The hotel was nice, staff was great just some minor issues. The tub was cleaned but not cleaned completely, I noticed a few flaws but I always clean my room before using amenities etc. I was here for a wedding and I was to do the hair for the bridesmaids, my bathroom light blew the morning of day 2 and was not fixed. I reached out to the front desk 2x and no resolution. They mentioned maintenance not getting back, however that needs to be communicated because I paid way too much for something I need to be rectified to be ignored or not taken care of. Other than that, stay was nice.

The property itself is worn out. The hallways are just busted up. Dents and scratches everywhere. Paint in the wrong places. Sloppy work. The rooms are not Properly dehumidified. The floors are slippery. The sheets are damp. The towels feel wet. They serve coffee in the lobby in tiny Dixie Cups. The hot water doesn’t work. The AC units sound like a motor.
