We are 8 people I choose a VRBO property that would fit 8. Checked in and there was only 2 king beds and a pull out couch. I contacted the owner and they were beyond poorly helpful. We had to just suck it up. With my elderly parents, myself, my husband and 4 children. The floor was disgusting within 10mins after my 4 year got out of the shower, he walked barefoot and his feet WERE BLACK!! Moldings covered in a disgusting yellow film loaded with dust! Not to mentioned the 4 roaches we spotted during our stay. Also on our stay because we used the “DRYER” after washing our clothes, the ceiling leaked and soaked my parents bed and pillows! Found out later from maintenance they knew about this problem and told them it would happen, but they rented the room anyway. Worst stay of our lives and NO HELP from owners of this VRBO- I will be reporting to better business bureau about false advertisement. I would have never booked a room that only slept six people. I put in my proper guest size in the booking process and was only given options that slept eight people or more. And still was given a room that slept six- there wasn’t even enough plates, cups or silverware for our party to eat on. No compensation was given, and no other room was given.
