“The breakfast was great, rooms were clean, checking in and out were easy.”

“The pictures and reviews did not represent this property properly. There was the smell of animal urine that radiated my entire stay. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and that is about the only positive I can say. I never leave bad reviews but this hotel was extremely lacking.”

“Room was decent size, offered a mini fridge and freezer as well as microwave. Beds were very uncomfortable for couples, when one moves the entire bed moves. So needless to say we didn't sleep well. There were dogs barking for extended periods of time making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, etc and everything was empty besides a serving of eggs. There was cereal and stale bagels available and mini yogurt cups. The orange juice was 90% water, apple just……

“Rooms, pool, staff, everything about this Hotel was A++, Excellent 👍 Our family will not book a stay anywhere else in Manhattan; unless, there isnt an available room. We stay in Manhattan frequently for Healthcare, and this is BY FAR the BEST place to stay!”

“The school house is a WONDERFUL, sweet little place to stay. Though we didn't use the kitchen, it is perfectly equipped. Having two full baths was very helpful on our trip of three adults. The history was clearly valued and maintained as much as possible while adding those conveniences (and neccessities) like airconditioning, laundry, etc. I could have stayed for much longer. A great retreat and only 10 minutes from Wamego, 20 minutes from Manhattan.”
