It started with poor communication by the host and then went to ghosting communication on the day of arrival. We had requested an early check in if at all possible but never received a response. Arrived 15 minutes before arrival with absolutely no check in instructions to find a back sliding glass door wide open, could view through the windows that all bed sheets were off and unmade and a huge pile……
