The best part of this hotel is Tom R. , the valet who is professional, warm, charming and helpful. The rest needs serious work. The rooms are dirty, furniture stained, light bulbs burned out and never replaced in spite of repeated requests, one elevator refused to allow us to ever press 7, the floor we were on, the entrance is dirty, empty planter boxes and crooked railings, and the "club" room was so dirty my feet stuck to the floor. And half the time the room keys don't work in their antiquated entry system. Go somewhere else
