First room we were booked into had not been cleaned. Second room had 1 towel for 2 people, the bathroom door could not close, the kitchen cabinet drawer's handle was only partially attached. another kitchen cabinet door could not be fully opened because it hit the light fixture, the heating did not work, the toilet kept running until my husband fixed it, the water connections were reversed so that cold water came from the hot and hot water came from the cold. When we checked in, they required a $100 deposit for damage. I do not know yet if it has been refunded.
