Dirty rooms, rusty and broken bathroom sink... and unhelpful staff. and some staff were actually unfriendly... No room amenities = no coffee , no hair conditioner.... ... and (final straw....) they did not inform us that their lobby was under renovation which meant we had to drag our luggage up and down a steep set of outdoor stairs to their basemnt whete they had set up a temporary reception..."
