Every employee was very nice and friendly. The room size was excellent and clean. The bed was comfortable.
The exterior could use some upkeep with cleaning the concrete and landscape.
The one thing I didn’t care for was they will only clean your room every 3rd day. I would stay here again.

Our family was in town for my son's SOMO Bowling tournament. We ended up staying 3 nights to make it a short getaway. Our rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable for those who like fairly hard beds. The breakfast bar had the usual eggs, sausage, cereal and juice. All was fresh and the area was very clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Although we didn't get a chance to use the pool or exercise room, it was clean and looked well kept. I would stay here again.

My cousins live in Kansas and I live in Indiana. From time to time we meet halfway for a weekend to visit and get caught up with each other. St. Charles is a great halfway point. Lots of places to eat, close to shopping and places to fill up, and there's St. Louis for recreation. Bed are comfy and the one-bedroom suite has a nice living room where can all sit and visit. Staff are courteous and pleasant.

Cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom had pubic hair in the bathtub. The sheets had blood stain on them along with the pillowcase and it appeared they had not been changed. We booked for the indoor pool to enjoy swimming. However, the chlorine fumes were so strong and the water was cloudy. They had a fan in the window too. Blow the fumes out of the pool area. Unfortunately the high temperatures for the day were 48° so the pool area was very cold. The hot tub did not work. It was non-functional.

Hot tub is broken which was not advertised. Had to request clean towels and when you turned the tub on little black stuff came out of the faucet. It was gross. Couldn’t take a bath only shower.

The service was excellent and they worked hard to make sure we were happy with everything even though we booked through Expedia. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was phenomenal. I think his name was Eduardo. He made sure we were happy with everything. My only sort of complaint is that there was some dirty spots in the bathroom in our room and some white spots on the furniture and all over the back of the red chair in the living room. The white spots on the couch did not look inviting if you know what I mean?? But the service was fantastic!!!

Affordable option for swim meet. Only 5 mins from St Pete Rec Plex.
Front desk staff is very personable, welcoming, & accommodating.
Shower could be updated- caulk was peeling, stains on corner shelf.
Breakfast was adequate but basic- breads/muffins, waffles, instant oats, cereals, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage links, potatoes.

Management has shady practices when it comes to deposits or holds. Inital hold was nominal, and then magically turned into 250.00 AFTER I checked out. They said I damaged a bathroom door. I told them when I checked in and got to the room, that the bathroom door was already like that, along with my room not having a remote for the TV or a stopper for the bathtub. I also had complaints of the level of noise from the 3rd floor, but I was told that they hotel was full and I should expect that...

Great place and very friendly staff. A good place to stay with families. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. There are many restaurants, fast food places and shops that are within walking distance. The salt pool was the perfect size and a lot of fun for our kids. We had two adults and four kids, and they were even able to find us adjoining rooms. It was a great place to spend New Year's Eve. We left a bag behind after we checked out and the hotel staff called right away to let us know. Definitely recommend staying here.

The property is definitely worth the value. It was not the best stay for a toddler because the property is pretty loud overall. There was a lot of road noise as well as noises from other rooms. The staff was friendly and the stay was comfortable. We had issues with the door part of the latch lock missing and we were missing at least one of our outlets covers.
