Great for kids and adults

Everything was just as it was in the listing. Beach is walking distance for a 2 year old . Clean secure property! No issues . Water park and pool right through the garage. Food and drinks right there. Will stay at again for sure!!

Nice stay

Overall we had a great time over spring break. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the room was fine. Only issue was the furniture in this unit was not very good. The couch was like sitting on a wooden bench and the kitchen table chairs were old and sunken in. We enjoyed the beaches but the room needs updated.

Fantastic!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location and amenities were perfect. The condo included everything that we needed for our long weekend getaway. It was a quick walk to the beach and a handful of dining options. We had such a great time and are already planning our return trip next year.

A wonderful condo in a great location!

Clean and spacious condo for our family of four. The only minor note would be that the interior door locks don’t work very consistently, and the living room furniture is quite uncomfortable, which caused us to avoid using that area as much as we otherwise would have. We had a couple of self-imposed issues (such as locking ourselves out), and the property manager was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Condo is well stocked with beach wagon, ample chairs and sand toys, umbrella, and the usual items you would expect. Walk to the beach is short and pleasant, with many great restaurants around as easy/walkable options. Parking is at a premium under the garage, and there were a few days that we had to go find alternative parking because we arrived back at the condo after 9:00PM. It doesn’t appear they are enforcing the “one pass per unit” rule, or there simply aren’t enough spaces to account for the number of rooms. Most days/times this wasn’t an issue. We have two sons aged 10 and 3, who each enjoyed themselves immensely at the waterpark. The rules are a bit frustrating, such as having to wait in line for new wristbands at the gift shop every day and no outdoor food and drinks, even bottles of water, but that’s understandable with two restaurants on site. Also, it appears to be mostly teens running the show. The park was quite clean, although they do seem to overbook on the weekends causing the lazy river and pool to be barely usable until after 6

Dirty

They talk about everything needs to be clean. But the dishes,silverware and pots and pans were dirty. They want the beach things clean. This stuff was covered in sand. This is our third year staying at this resort and by far this year was the worst. They didn’t offer to send someone over to check on the property just wanted to do emails.

Mikey's Florida Trip 2024

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. We had a different condo this year but it was very similar to the condo we stayed in in 2023. Condo was clean but the dishwasher was broken. I contacted property management and it was fixed immediately. There were no other issues with the property. We like this location because it is close to the beach and has a water park!

Family fun place

Overall we loved staying at this place. Being on the waterpark was very fun. We got in late when it was dark so it was kind of hard to find as GPS took us to the hotel and not the condos. The waterpark does get really shady in the later afternoon due to the buildings hiding the sun so I would go early. The place itself was spacious for our family of 4 and had supplies to last us the week. The beach was a close walk which was also a major positive. Also close restaurants so we didn’t have to drive much!

Great vacation

Great spot just off of IRB, clean and tidy! Right next to the water park and super close to the beach! Really nice to have the outdoor closet with everything you need for the beach…little wake boards, buckets, cooler and a wagon to pull it there!! We appreciated that!

Good location, BUT watch out for the hidden fees

I'll start with the positives - the location was good and the condo was just as it looks in the photos. The beach is a 3-5 min walk and is uncrowded and perfect for families On the negative side: - we stayed 3 nights and there are lots of hidden fees - an Admin fee, a Mgmt fee, a Community fee. I've stayed in many VRBO properties, and you pay a cleaning fee and a VRBO service fee, but this particular management company loads up the hidden fees. The price that you see listed may be double that for a short stay. - also, they could not text us the check-in directions. They can only be sent via email with a long list of do's and don'ts (mostly don'ts). When we stay at other VRBO's we feel like a guest in their home and treat it as such. Here you felt like someone that they expected to steal the paper towels. They supply 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, etc. Need more? you are on your own. Oh, and lose the key - they charge $50. Lose the cheap laminated parking sign - another $25 or $50. It didn't feel welcoming. - Parking is a nightmare. Yes, they have the reserved parking but it is insufficient for the condo. They will give you all sorts of other options, but none of it is easy. Overall, the location is good but you won't feel like a "guest".

We would highly recommend!

This property was clean and a large enough space for 4 adults. The beach is very close and not as crowded as Clearwater. Restaurants also within walking distance.

Family Spring Break

This condo is in the perfect location. Only 3 blocks to the beach and the outdoor closet is packed with breach stuff. The on-property water park is the real hit with the kids. There were 5 of us, and the property provides 4 pool passes so we only paid $16 per day for the 5th person. There were plenty of towels in the condo. We had a snafu with our flight and the property manager (Debra) was so nice and helpful. Check-in and -out was very easy and we always found parking in the garage. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo

Our stay at this property was so nice. The condo was very clean and decorated pretty. The pictures are accurate. There was no problem with check-in or parking if you follow the instructions. The bathroom door did not latch, but that is an easy fix. The entire stay was really pleasant.

Great condo for family

Perfect for a family of four. I like to know what to expect and/or bring along, and since there wasn't a lot of information on this unit, here is what we found. There is a pack-in-play crib (bring your own sheet), and a sound machine in the room with two beds. That room is next to the hall, so there is some noise which the sound machine helps with. The couch is a pull-out bed. We didn't use it, so I can't say how good it is. There is a blind on the window but not the balcony door. They leave two dishwasher and two laundry pods, so you will want to bring more if staying for longer, as well as tp and paper towels. The kitchen is well stocked with all the items you should need. They have salt and pepper, but that is all for spices. There is water and ice thru the fridge. They have beach towels to use, which you will need for the pool. No sand toys or ocean items. Ocean and plenty of restaurants are an easy walk even with kids. The room with the double beds has a separate bathroom, and exterior/interior doors (that can be locked from the inside), so I think you could use that separately if you were with multiple groups. As another review stated, it has a four-chair high-top table on the balcony, but it would be nice to have a couple of lounge chairs on the other side as it gets lots of great sunshine. My only complaint would be the washer machine temperature lines are flipped, so it rinses your clothes in hot water. I feel like this could be easily resolved.

The perfect Florida vacation spot for families - a couple of blocks from the beach and restaurants, an great Waterpark and pool, very clean and quiet, and very attentive and responsive Management group. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Relaxation and Sunshine

We really enjoyed the location and the amenities. Very close to the beach and also the sightseeing for dolphins on the intercoastal was fantastic. Very nice vacation full of relaxation and sunshine!!!

Fun! Fun! Fun!

Overall stay was good. I was disappointed that the large balcony had no furniture for simply relaxing. The tall table and chairs were nice for eating but the owner needs to invest in a couple of lounge chairs, or at least comfortable sitting chairs. I was greatly impressed with Debra’s fast response to email on Sunday when we had a SLIGHT problem. Twice in fact! She had someone there within the hour to solve the problem. One big negative, however, was the lack of luggage dollies. Guests need to bring muscles or their own wheels! Thanks to grandsons and wheeled containers, we managed ok. The water park was the best I’ve experienced in a condo packet. The unit had lots of beach accessories and it was an easy walk to the water. CVS, restaurants, ice cream, etc., all easy access. I hated to leave! However, having rented lots of condos and knowing what’s out there, the lack of a dolly and balcony furniture will probably cause me to rent elsewhere next time.
