Spring break 2025

The host was super helpful bringing new beach chair and an umbrella when we found the others were broken. The walk to the beach was easy and the heated pool was great. The master bed was not very comfortable and there was a lot of light pollution in the windows at night. We would have enjoyed a bigger coffee pot.

Pretty Good

It was fine. Maybe not quite worth the price. For being off the beach, it really should be less per night. Condo is clean and has what you need. Beds are comfortable. Community is quiet. Lugging stuff to the beach is a chore.

Five Stars at St. Pete Beach

This property is clean and comfortable with enough space for our family of four to spread out. The screened in private porch is a great space to relax. There's a great ice cream shop and bodega about 20 seconds away and the beach is just across the street.

Very nice

Great location. Pictures matched what we saw in person. Easy walk to beach access. We were a little concerned that the last review was from about 10 months ago. Nothing to fear. Aside from a few days of wind and cooler temps it worked out very well.

Enjoyable Stay.

Cute and comfortable for our family. Very short walk to public beach access. We enjoyed the screened in porch and beach toys provided.

Florida stay

Great location, short walk to the beach. The listing said obstructed view of the beach. There is definitely not a view of the beach- just buildings and a road. You are the first condo so it’s very noisy and you can hear all the cars and trucks. Also it’s a decent walk to the pool because the pool is on the other side of the condo complex. They gave us the wrong code for check in so we had to call at 11pm with 3 children in the car. The ceiling lights in both bedrooms didn’t work, the nightlight bulb was burnt out, did not provide cutting board or drying rack, minimal cooking supplies, the tub was useless because there was no plug so had to shower my 4 & 2 year old and bathe my 1 year old in the sink, the water filter needed to be replaced, and the batteries were dead in the remote. This place needs a little TLC. It’s cute and clean but the little details make this a 3-stars.

Lovely condo

Easy check in. Condo great - we only stayed for 3 nights but was ideal for us. Would have liked a larger bed in the master. Caddy’s restaurant is walkable but we didn’t particularly rate the food. Kitchen well equipped and loads of beach toys etc in the garage which we loved. Beach and sunsets were gorgeous. Lovely balcony to chill on in an evening.

Great place!

Super cute condo with plenty of room for 3 friends, close to the beach, heated pool and great balcony. We called the manager for a few supplies and they were very responsive. Clean and cute decor. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo- just very loud

I was disappointed that none of the windows had screens on them so we couldn't open them for some fresh air. The screened in porch was great but we would have loved to crack the windows too given that the weather was so nice. The stairs are VERY loud and creaky. My daughter is 5 and goes to bed before we all do/sleeps past when we do. Going up and down the stairs sounded like an elephant was coming through the house and we had a hard time letting her get the sleep that she needed. The pool was great, location was convenient and the neighbors we met were super helpful/friendly!
