Our week away
Our unit was very clean and fully stocked with everything that we needed for the week. A short walk to the beach, and a short drive to John’s Pass for shopping. We would stay here again!

“Wedding” weekend
Loved the view of the intercoastal. Sat out and watched the dolphins, wildlife, boats while drinking our coffee each morning. Even had a bagpipe concert one morning. Never did figure out where they were but it was lovely. The condo was beautiful, well equipped. Took a tour of the Bird Sanctuary right across the street and spent one afternoon at the pool, which is the nicest pool I’ve ever seen at a condo. A perfect weekend getaway.

Clean property close to the beach
The condo is nicely renovated and very clean. Great to drink morning coffee and watch the sunrise on the intercoastal waterway. Beach is just across the street and not crowded even during July 4 weekend.

Run down, abrasive management, beautiful view
Being in between the intercoastal waterway and the beach was wonderful. However, the management and condition of this property were lacking. They only give you one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper. There were no towel racks in the remodeled bathroom except in the shower. The tub didn't drain, the toilet had issues with flushing, the handle on the back slider was broken. If you are there any amount of time past the 10am checkout you are charged for an extra day. The instructions say to let the manager know immediately upon arrival of any repairs that need to be made. However, it wasn't until the next day that the shower was used, and 2 days later that we tried to use the back sliding door and noticed the handle was broken. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice. Our poor neighbors paid the same amount of money per night as us and they had a Murphy bed and a tiny room but the bathroom was nicer? Another neighbor had cockroaches. The rec room eas unusable as it was under construction. This isn't a timeshare and yet we were required to strip iur own beds, do all dishes and put them away, and take all trash out upon leaving. There was a binder that included places to eat and shop and we appreciated that. However, the attitude and treatment by management was abrasive. We did not have a table to set our coffee on on the balcony like other units, we had a plastic chair and our chairs were made of pvc pipe. So, for the money you could end up with a nice bed and a nice kitchen or a Murphy bed and a kitchenette. It's a gamble.

The unit is exactly as advertised. We have it stated in the ad and in the check in instructions of what is provided. This is the first I am hearing of the tub not draining or the toilet having issues flushing. Had you called us, we would have been right out there. The slider handle broke off right before your arrival and a new one has been ordered. The door still opens fine. We ask that you report any items to protect all parties. Most guests appreciate this! Not sure why other units are being compared in this review. All the units at this building are individually owned and therefore each unit has its own ad. So, the unit you book is the unit you get! I looked through all of my emails and do not see any emails or even a phone call from you, therefore, not sure why we are being referred to as an abrasive management company. We strive for every guest to have a wonderful memorable stay! Our sincere apologies if that did not occur as this is a wonderful unit that many guests truly enjoy and revisit many times throughout the year.

It is very clearly stated in the ad that there is NO elevator. There is a recreation center and is located on the first floor close to the breezeway.

Many dolphins!
The pool is magnificent though unheated. I’m intercostal is wonderful to sit out side your door and see nature. The Seaside Bird Sanctuary is across the street and “free”. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed super comfortable. Coming back next year.

Great stay
Had à great 6-day stay, condo is very clean and fully equipped and has everything you need. The only thing missing is a kettle for making tea but we managed. location is great and the beach is just accross the street and beautiful. We saw dolphins and lots of birds. Accessing highway is easy. All in all great place to stay

Nice place
Outside of building looks rundown, but unit is nice. Bathroom and kitchen updated. Nice view of boats going by. Some sand on floor first night, but not a big deal. Quiet and relatively safe neighborhood. Close to great restaurants.

Ok for a place to crash.
Felt like a motel stay. We were visiting friends that were staying at a nearby hotel for a few days. So we were just looking for a place to sleep that was inexpensive and close. I wasn’t expecting much from an amenities standpoint. Although the unit was updated, it was dusty and there was dirt, random toy nerf gun bullets, and hair ties in corners of the unit which told me that it wasn’t really cleaned well. Also ceiling lights were attached to ceiling tiles that weren’t secured properly. I Don’t mean to get lost in the details but there were just little things that constantly reminded me I should have spent a bit more and stayed somewhere else. The online photos gave me hope that the place was a hidden gem for the price but it wasn’t.

I have high standards for my cleaning crew and have very little issues with them. Obviously, this crew failed both of us. Had you let me know when you arrived I would have sent them right back as this certainly is not the norm. It is a great unit right on the intracoastal, across from the beach and newly updated bathroom and kitchen.

Relaxing Getaway
My friend and I needed a break…this unit was a great place to unwind and relax. There is no shortage of great restaurants nearby and Publix is a quick trip to Largo if you’d like to cook some meals. Unit was well-equipped with everything you’d possibly need near the beach. We slept well each night, beds were comfortable & air conditioning worked great. If you’re not familiar with the area, be sure to google Columbia Restuarant right up the coast in Clearwater. Food is fabulous, service unparalleled. There is also a lovely bakery up that way, Cafe de Paris. Delicious offerings! Lovely vaca!

Nice Place
The unit is nice, and clean. The photos are accurate. The pool looked big in the pictures, so I thought it was just good photography, but it was accurate. The pool is huge! The back side is right on the canal, so we saw boats go by periodically. Also saw a manatee one morning. I went down and stood on a dock and the manatee slowly came closer, until it was right at the end of the dock, just about 3-5 feet away from me. It would surface periodically to breathe, then go back under. I could swear it was watching me. Finally it swam away. I also saw a group of rays swim by, the same time the manatee was there. The beach is close. Just cross the street and follow a path between a couple of buildings, and you'll be on the fine white sand. The water is warm like in a bathtub. The unit has a nice kitchen with an ice maker in the fridge/freezer. I only wish there would have been more towel bars in the bathroom. We liked the place!

Overall Nice Place but a Little Small
Clean apartment in a nice location. Loved that the beach is across the street. The space was a little crowded for our family of four. Would be better if some of the furniture would be removed to make more room in the apartment. Also, there is no separate bedroom but only an area that is walled off so privacy can be an issue if you are traveling with older children or other adults. Bathroom really needs an exhaust fan because it gets really hot/steamy. Would also be good to install some towel hooks in the bathroom. Furniture is also old and outdated. Kitchen is remodeled but stocked with poor quality utensils and cookware. Overall, ok place to stay.

Loved it!
Great vacation with my husband, daughter and myself. Condo was exactly as described/pictured. Remodeled nicely. Loved being directly across the street from Seaside Seabird Sanctuary. We were excited to get to witness a release of over 50 seabirds! The pool is huge and well taken care of. We enjoyed it daily. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Loved the intercostal view right out the door and kitchen window! Only cons: Bathroom needs a fan and some ventilation other than the window that opens. Stayed warm and stuffy in there. Could use some shelves to store your things and towel bars/hooks for wet items. We definitely got our steps in walking from car to room and beach multiple times per day all week. Might be tough for some older or physically challenged folks but we managed fine. A/C window unit works hard but was never quite cool enough for us. We were grateful for the ceiling fans that helped a lot. Overall, more positives than negative and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! :)

When we arrive someone was parked in my specified spot so that was frustrating. Instructions to get to the room were easy but unlocking the door instructions could've been clearer. I also called the number and no one ever called be back during my stay even though I left a message. Overall the place was clean and updated inside. The instructions to leave specified to leave the air on 77 but when we arrived it was off with a heat index of about 100 outside so it was very hot and took a while to cool down. Had to leave the air on the lowest temp and running the whole stay. The shower drain also went down very slowly leaving standing water while still showering. The pool is very nice and clean and the back porch view is nice to sit at in the evenings. For the price this place was pretty good but there are the few things we weren't happy with.

Sorry someone was in your spot. Unfortunately there is not an attendant on the lot to oversee parking and that normally does not happen but there are many guest spots available to park in should that happen. I was unavailable during your stay due to the fact that i had to take a family member off life support.. had you listened to my message, there were 2 other numbers for you to call during this very difficult time for me...air is always shut off between guests and have never been an issue cooling down especially being it is a brand new unit. Thank you

Very nice quaint stay
We enjoyed our stay for the most part. We were unaware that there was no central air and the window unit did not cool as much as we would have liked for the hot afternoon. The unit itself was clean and pictures were accurate. The pool was nice and peaceful. Getting to the beach was not easy. You have to cross 4 lanes of busy traffic and the hike was not fun! But overall we enjoyed our trip

Not very impressed
When I got there I had to clean the air conditioner filter. Several of the blinds were missing. The garbage dumpster was to far away from the condo. I’m a senior with bad knees. It’s hard for me to walk long distances. To far from parking spot to condo. After several days of being there construction started on several condo’s. I have COPD and asthma. I had to walk through the dust and mold removal area. I was having a hard time breathing most of the time I was there. When I rented the condo they could have told me that possibly construction could be going on when I’m there. I would never had rented it if I knew that. I’m very displeased at my 2 weeks there. I would never recommend anyone to stay there and will never go back. I was taken advantage of and should get one week refunded to me. I spent to much money for all what was going on at my stay at the condo. Thanks and have a nice day.

I am so sorry there was constructions going on during your stay. I was never made aware of it or I would have informed you of that. In regards to the blinds, a previous guest broke them by opening the slider before opening the blinds. New ones were ordered but took 8 weeks to get and have now been replaced. In regards to the small a/c filter, my girls clean it after each departure. All previous guests have truly enjoyed their stay. Sorry that was not the same for you.

Stop looking - this is it!
What an absolutely amazing experience with this property. Everything is exactly as described, or better! Easy to book, pay and receive check instructions. Unit was immaculately clean, and updated so nicely. There wasn’t anything that was missing from the unit - every need is accounted for. The back porch facing the intercoastal is perfect to sit for morning coffee with lovely neighbors and a wild bird named Nancy who loves ham. Shuffleboard was a huge hit with our teens. Download the app to make doing the laundry easier. Check out the Seabird Sanctuary across the street (it’s free). Thank you for having such a wonderful unit for our family trip!
