Sittin’ on the Dock of the Bay … at Dockside Condominiums!

Dock of the Bay -- Dockside 204 - Looking for a beautiful beach home on one of the top-rated beaches on the Gulf coast? Check out our newly-renovated, exquisitely-decorated condo located in the heart of Clearwater Beach at Dockside Condominiums. We’re right on the bay and within 100 yards of the sugar sand beach, beachwalk, restaurants, shops, night life, and more. The views are spectacular and you will enjoy watching the boats, dolphins, and manatees from the dining room window and balcony. We provide a beach wagon so that you can easily transport items to/from the beach!

Our property includes all the conveniences of home -- plus some! It's perfect for one or two couples or a family, with a comfy sleeper sofa for occasional guests. The two bedroom suites each have a KING-size bed and are on opposite sides of the kitchen/dining room/living room, so perfect for privacy. One of the bedrooms also includes a twin bed. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressers, flat-screen TVs, and night stands. One bathroom includes a tub/shower and the other has a walk-in shower. There is also a hotel-style safe in the unit and you can set your own pass code.

The fully-functioning kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, dishes, pots, pans, and all the utensils you need to make your own meals or enjoy take-out food from any of the several nearby restaurants. A full-size washer and dryer, large closets, a flat-screen TV with Roku streaming, a DVD player, WiFi, high-speed Internet, and free parking are all included. The swimming pool and sundeck overlook the bay and are shared with the Clearwater Beach Hotel next door. Our cleaning personnel follow all CDC cleaning and sanitation procedures.

NOTE: We also own the condo next door called “Dock Holiday” (Dockside 205). If you have two families or four couples traveling together, rent both condos to double your space and double your fun! A perfect stay
Excellent communication with the owners prior to our stay and checking in on us during the stay was the right level. Beautiful condo, sparkling clean, the most comfortable beds, had the best sleeps. The little touches, from beach items - trolley, chairs, cool box to an umbrella should there be rain! Welcome gift was a lovely touch and a superb location, walking distance to everywhere. Awesome Condo!
My husband and our friends stayed here 9 days. The host is very responsive to any and all questions. The condo is very clean and is perfect for 2 couples. The Sunrise view from the outside patio is outstanding! Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo!
The condominium was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was perfect. The doors had codes, so there was no need to worry about a key. The owner provided some essential items so we didn't have to spend extra money. They also provided a beach wagon, four beach chairs and a cooler. They were so quick to respond to any inquiry both before and during our stay. We didn't rent a car, but we really didn't need to because there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this unit. We definitely will be using this particular owner again!! I would give them a hundred stars if I could.

Fantastic location, great hosts!
We really enjoyed our stay at Dock of the Bay. Fantastic location for getting to the beach with a 2 year old. Great layout of the condo! Loved having washer/dryer in unit. Kit and Gary were great-checking in to make sure things were going well and got someone over right away when we wondered if the fridge was working. Overall, extremely satisfied with our entire trip and will definitely look to rent here again next time we make the trip down!

Beautiful Condo and Location
Condo was beautiful and extremely clean. Everything we needed was there. The view was amazing and just a quick walk to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Easy drive to many more beaches and the Town of Dunedin. Everything as promised and great hosts.
