Ground floor, two bedrooms/two bathrooms appartment. This gated community is located 7 km from Clearwater beach and 11 km from Indian Rock beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. Quartz countertops, 2 king size beds, 2 flat screen tvs and a queen sleeper. The Avalon complex have a large heated pool with a barbecue area and a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket are within walking distance.

Close to beach
Condo was dirty only surface was clean. One bed didn’t have clean sheets had to wash them. Bugs in the freezer. Upstairs was very loud stomping all day and night hard to sleep.

Great condo for 4 adults. Quiet, clean and great location! There was a 'hiccup' for the first night but communication with Alina was superb and her network solved the problem!

Clearwater Stay
Property was as advertised. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Close to Clearwater Beach, there’s a nice bar and grill next door for food and you’re close enough to stores to cook for yourself. If I’m ever in Clearwater I hope this rental is available as this will be my first option to book. Alina was great!

Clearwater Visit
Wonderful place to stay in Clearwater. Convenient to everything Clearwater offers - beaches, restaurants, attractions and anything else of what may interest you. Condo was very clean and comfortable for us four adults. Has everything you would need (except Kleenex), just like back home. Publix store across the street for all your food and beverage needs. Will stay again when back in Clearwater.
