We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR.

A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
