The staff were amazing. The property was wonderful. I just foundbthe food offered at the restaurant strange. A regular menu vs mediterian food would have seen more people eating more than flat bread weird source for a high end hotel

The hotel surroundings are beautiful. To walk every morning around the lake is so peaceful. The room was perfect and the staff helpful. The only thing is that the a/c at our room didn't work well.

Balcony room was ok but didn’t face the lake. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant had the best brussel sprouts & carrots & the berry tart was delicious. Everything else was mediocre but the service was good. Love that there was a Starbucks downstairs too. Comfy bed & pillows.
