The rooms, and all outside areas were very clean, and modern, and any staff we dealt with or encountered were friendly and helpful.
The pool area is well maintained and spacious with plenty of seating, and servers from the on-property restaurant, Coconut Charlie’s, were present enough to take drink and food orders. The food and drinks from the restaurant were of high quality, and well prepared, whether it was lunch that we ordered at the pool, or breakfast at indoor restaurant.
The beach area was as good as it gets for St. Pete’s Beach, with plenty of cabanas, lounge chairs, or space for a beach towel.
The only somewhat negative is the view from the rooms. The hotel building is perpendicular to the beach, so most of the rooms face parking lots, unless you are in one of the 15 rooms at the end of the building that have full ocean view and view of the pool, or you book the partial ocean view room, which has a small view of the ocean in addition to the parking lot. We got a partial ocean view, which has a balcony, and it was fine, and we would book the same room again, if we ever in the area again.
