if there would have been an option to get the pool into the 70s would have made the stay more enjoyable. also the rooms on the back side should have better blinds. the business next door had night time lights that lit up the bedroom. otherwise a perfect stay.

Beautiful house that is close to being excellent
The home is beautiful and the pool was amazing. Unfortunately, we ran into some problems that made such a great place feel messy. There were an oddly large number of fruit flies in the kitchen when we arrived and despite doing more cleaning and laying out traps there were still fruit flies in the kitchen interrupting cooking and eating. We also had a toilet flood in the house overnight. Fortunately, the property manager was quick to help out but it did wreck a whole day of our vacation worrying about if we would be able to stay in the property. They also didn't provide any compensation back for the incident which was a bummer. The TV's "technically" work. You will need your own accounts to watch anything on them and most of them are so slow and frustrating to use that we left them off. The floor was also incredibly dirty and when we moved the rugs (tripping hazards for one of our family members) we found a large amount dust, dirt and trash hidden beneath. I feel bad because the house is beautiful and we did have a good time. But between the flies, the dirtiness, the barely working TV's and the fact that you have to pay extra to have a hot-tub that only works from 6-10 pm it is hard to say this was a 5 star stay.

Great home for a small group
House is clean and well kept. Inside, the home is very quiet but when you are in the backyard, you can hear traffic from the main road. The landlord was very responsive to questions we had.

Beautiful Home...Desperately needs new mattresses
The home is REALLY nice and centrally located. That said there are a few things that don't make sense for such a nice home... I travel a lot and have several properties of my own that I rent out...invest in new mattresses!!! The mattresses are terrible, as others have stated. We all had sore backs the whole stay. The king mattress in the master is so worn out you literally fall into a hole when you lie down on either side. It is appointed with three of the tiniest and most worn-out pillows I have ever seen. Mattresses, pillows, and new sheets are not expensive. It would have also been nice to have extra blankets for the beds. It is bizarre to have to pay $40/day for 4 hours of hot tub heating. The spa has some plaster damage and it completely drains at midnight. There are some cosmetic issues with the ceiling in the kitchen that need to be addressed, several light bulbs are out and the plaster in the hot tub needs to be repaired. A pool light that actually lights up the pool would be nice as well, if for no other reason than patio ambiance. I guess they are trying to prevent parties? There are better ways to do that without punishing responsible guests who would like to enjoy late evenings in a luxurious property. Until these issues are addressed I would not consider staying again.

Lovely and spacious home with pool, just minutes from beaches
Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. It was exactly as described in the listing. Easy checking in. Property manager was great and readily available. The location can't be beat, with nearby beaches (10 - 30' drive), and wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

Short vacation
The house had a pleasant appeal, though a little refreshing could enhance its overall ambiance. Despite its proximity to both a boat store and the highway, which did introduce some noise, we found it to be adequately equipped with all the essentials. Our stay, all things considered, was enjoyable, and we're inclined to consider returning in the future.

Great location but needs major TLC!
The property looked better online than in person. The furniture needs upgraded specifically the beds and living room furniture. The fridge was leaking and dryer air vent was disconnected in the back. The house has some damage on walls and ceiling that needs repaired. Overall it was a great location and quiet area. Also saw several roaches inside the house.

Wonderful property
This house is magnificent and was perfect for our family and friends vacation. The pool is top notch. I paid the extra money for the “hot tub” that wasn’t really hot and only had limited time it was on. There were some minor issues with the house that kept my rating lower. The master bedroom mattress is horrible. I couldn’t get the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom to work. The dryer didn’t work well at all. With 9 people, we used the laundry quite a bit. The tv’s are very slow. You will need your own streaming passwords. The pluses are. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt very safe in the area. It is a residential and with 7 young adults with us I was worried about making too much noise. The kayaks were a nice touch. Other than minor house issues, it was clean, well equipped and beautiful.

I had all of my girls, who if which had kids, stay together in this house. It was everything and more than I could have ever hoped for for my wedding week! The house is STUNNING, the owners and managers are amazing, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property was extremely clean and manager was very quick to respond. Hot tub never worked and has limited hours so inquire about that before paying extra for it. Mattresses could all stand to be replaced. Very cheap and saggy and do not match the otherwise excellent quality of the house. Bedding was good but the mattresses are as cheap as it gets. I recommend they all be replaced of five star reviews are expected.

Overall good, could have been excellent had there been a bit more attention to small details. Big things - we vrbo multiple times in past, if advertised pool and hot tub they should be usable, adding addional costs to have heat and use is just infuriating, include it in the price or don't have one! Same with grill, expected to grill and only had a broken down little charcoal grill, crazy for a couple hundred provide a nice gas grill or advertise there is none, not a pleasant surprise. No soap or shampoo in baths so we had to go buy some and waste valuable vacation time on what's customarily provided with fee. Beds were all soft and not one of our guests enjoyed the firmness of mattresses. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it's the little things that make all the difference in 4 versus 5 stars.

Home was large and nice for big group. The property management group was responsive and quick. We arrived after tropical storm and there were several leaks in the kitchen ceiling and they addressed quickly. The home needs some tlc overall (new paint, tile repairs, water stains, etc) and new mattresses in bunk and daybed rooms. The bathrooms had no washcloths or personal car products, no personal touches for guest convenience. The kitchen lacked most things needed if you wanted to make a meal for a large group, except for cups and plates. Most the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. Was a great size for a large group to spread out. Location was convenient.

Beautiful property close to everything. Very comfortable for family and friends and plenty of privacy to escape to the main bedroom for reading and rejuvenating. Main bedroom shower and bath amazing and luxurious. Plenty of sleeping accommodations in the other 3 bedrooms. Very large deck and pool for summer fun. Lush grass in fenced in back area overlooking canal. Memories easily made here.

The entire family thought the house was grand and the perfect size for accommodating such a large group. It was very clean and well stocked with paper products and even had some picnic supplies (paper plates, plastic cups and flatware). We had 7 people staying at the house and another 3 local individuals visiting us at the house. There was plenty of space for sleeping and enough bathrooms to accommodate showers. We would stay there again if we had another need in the area. The manager was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Some aspects of the house were aging. The hot tub was cracked and limited the seating and its light not functioning. The door knob into the main bedroom was not functioning. Where we found the description to be lacking: There was not enough silverware to accommodate a meal with 10 people. And when the adjacent bar is included there was enough seating for a meal but the description led us to believe there was a single table that would accommodate a large family. The main bedroom mattress was very soft. The house is next to business which can be noisy during the week days between 8 and 6. But as we were out of the house most days it wasn’t a big issue.

Family vacation
We had 4 families stay and it was perfect. The rooms are all in separate parts of the home and the kitchen was huge. The spa was only heated from 6-10PM which was an up charge (We didn’t like that since the spa should always be heated not just during certain hours). We traveled in November and the pool was cold and not heated. The location was like 20/25 mins from Clearwater Beach and 40/45 mins from Tampa so location was perfect for us as we wanted to do different things in different cities. The owner was very responsive.
