Room size, balcony nice features. Beds were awful. Went out and purchased an egg crate foam to tolerate. Also was not overly enthusiastic when concierge hit us up within 10 minutes of checkin to attend a "vacation seminar" during our stay.

Very confusing getting to the hotel! Maybe some signage out front instead of “open house” might be helpful. Very dirty carpets, our feet we black. One elevator was working.

Close to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly. Did not like: The worst signage ever for a hotel/resort! We had to climb up to the second floor of the building to find some housekeepers to ask where the heck the main lobby was. Of course, there is no main lobby. No ice machine, and that explains why there was no ice bucket in the room! No towel rack in bathroom. One night stand for two beds....really? We had to lug and wedge a chair over to the other of the bed - up against the wall. I could wrap my hand around the wire coils of the mattress. For the money, much was lacking.

Property is located a short walk from the beach which was very nice. Hotel was ok but definitely due for an upgrade. Entry doors to the rooms are scratched and due for a painting. Once in the room the furniture looks fine but the walls were blotchy and stained in both the sleeping area and the bathrooms. Tops of light switches and baseboards didn’t appear to cleaned in quite some time, and there was dirt piled up in the corners of the window sills. Beds creaked loudly getting into them but we’re quite comfortable. Hotel has a resort fee but only has one amenity They have a small water park which looked quite nice but as we were only in for one night it was closed when we arrived and just opening by check out time. Also can only get passes between 8 am and 10 am for the day. Overall the hotel is Ok but definitely nothing special for the price. You are paying for proximity to the beach.
