There was nothing not to like about this property. We stayed in a family 2 BR suite on the courtyard. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, courteous and responsive and the property itself kept pristine. The location was in walking distance to several good restaurants, shopping and live music and it’s on the beachside off the boardwalk on Treasure Island. They also provide parking, which is a premium these days on the beaches of Florida, several charge for parking. We loved it! Will go back!

This place is old Florida with fresh paint and tile. REally cute and great staff. The front desk is awesome. The room needed some much needed deep cleaning although appeared clean. The beach is a bit of a walk so don't expect to have it real close but its amazing!!! Plan to get there early to park if it's booked up. If not ,you will park across a very busy, dangerous street. Parking is just wrong basically.

Everything was clean. Nice little pools and beach area is right there. Parking is tricky not a lot. I would say say park and order in. We would definitely be back. They had a small menu during the day. Chicken wings was delicious

I was really surprised by how nice this property was. Obviously it's a renovated motel, but it doesn't feel like one. Beach access was incredibly easy. Staff was helpful and kind. We loved the hammocks in the secluded pool area in the back. We rented bikes, and next time will try the paddle boards. Thanks for a great stay.

Loved the property! The room was super clean. Staff was very friendly and responsive. However, the pool has so much leaves and things floating in it we felt the need to use the net to clean it. Only disappointing thing. Would definitely stay there again!

Positive: The hotel's location and beach access are excellent, offering convenient proximity to the beautiful beach. The beach itself is truly remarkable, and we were lucky enough to witness Dolphins and Manatees swimming just a few steps away from the shore. Negative: Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with the mattress in my room. It was extremely uncomfortable, almost like a hammock, and I ended up with back pain after the first night. When I brought the issue to the attention of the staff, I was disappointed to find that they offered no solution or assistance. In an attempt to find a resolution, I requested a roller bed to mitigate the issue and they immediately mentioned I will be charged for that. Considering the mattress problem was their responsibility, this was not what I had expected in terms of customer satisfaction. While the charge itself may not have been significant, it was the principle that left me dissatisfied. Although I understand that it is a 2-star hotel, I had hoped for at least a mattress in good condition to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.
