We chose this property over others because of the indoor pool. When we got there we found it was closed. We paid more to stay there so it was a big displeasure of our stay.

After driving across the country for 5 days, we have learned we want a hotel with a restaurant at it or next door. We don’t want to check in and have to drive to eat. Booked this hotel because it had both bar and restaurant only to arrive and find them closed. Nearest restaurant was several miles away. We ended up eating terrible frozen food from their store. Front desk clerk could have cared less

This was a last minute choice due to a traffic accident on 81 and sitting in traffic with my dog. So freindly, and accomodating.

The room was very clean.Bathroom spotless. Everyone at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Allowed the use of large dining table, when we ordered pizza one evening, when there was 10 of us. Off the beaten path, no traffic noise. Just great place to stay.

We were greeted by an very unfriendly employee at the front desk. The rooms smelled absolutely awful when you first walked in. They offer a breakfast buffet but the trick is on you because it’s not actually free. The signs posted are so small that you don’t even see them until you already have a plate off food and ready to sit down. The buffet is definitely not worth what they are charging.

This hotel is amazing! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The price was reasonable. Our room was fantastic. If you are looking for a place to stay in Staunton, look no further, you have found it.

Problem with first room - door handle froze as we were loading in luggage. Husband on the outside, me on the inside. 1 person on duty at front desk. He came up and somehow opened the door. Moved us to new room. I prepaid $14 per/ for breakfast - consisted of stale little danish, bread slices, small cereal boxes. 1 bottle of orange juice for everyone to self-serve from. Stacked cups for all drinks - husband picked up cup from the top and it was dirty! It was horrible.
