The property is well appointed with modern/updated cabin decor and extremely comfortable beds/linens. It feels secluded while still being close to all Steamboat has to offer. The outdoor space is pleasant, and it sits at the base of hiking trails on the ski mountain.
The only cautionary comment is there are a lot of stairs to and inside the property (2-3 stairs separating spaces on main floor and master suite, steep stair case outside to the front door) which may pose a problem for anyone with mobility concerns.
And then one recommendation to the property manager: the drink coasters are more decorative than functional. While the bear paw is cute, it's not flat, so it feels precarious every time you set your cup on them. I really want to be kind and use coasters, but not at the risk of my drink spillingq everywhere.
