“We had a fabulous family stay at this VRBO. Greg was a great host, there was plenty of room and it was a great location. The weather couldn't have been better! We booked this because of the number of rooms, location and the game room with pool table. We didn't know that Elvis would be there, but that was just a bonus, as Mom is a bit Elvis fan! We did a wonderful tour with Ella of the Faribault Woolen Mill and had a picnic at the state park near Waterville. We even caught the ice cream truck...

"I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment we received during breakfast at your hotel. Unfortunately, the lady in charge of the breakfast service treated us in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Not only did she attend to us with a poor attitude, but she also turned off the lights in the dining area while we were still eating, leaving us in complete darkness. This behavior was unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. I kindly request that you address this issue to ensure that no other guests experience such treatment in the future. We chose your hotel expecting good hospitality, and this situation was far from that standard. Sincerely, Gerson "
