Wonderful second stay
My wife and I first stayed here during our wedding and quickly decided we’d return for our first anniversary. Our second stay will not be our last. Wonderful home away from home with incredible views and very helpful, communicative hosts.

perfect stay in Vermont paradise
Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our group included two children and five adults. With the pull-out couch, we had all the room we needed. The property is magical, and a nature-lover's dream. The views are absolutely stunning, and the rambling property is a delight to explore. The house is beautiful and very well appointed, with everything we needed. The property manager is reachable and responsive. We will be back!

Unbelievable getaway in Stowe, VT
I agree with the other reviewers: the photos don't begin to do justice to this property. It appeared wonderful in the listing, but was even better in real life. What a wonderful house and property. Every amenity we could possibly need was already taken care of, and the property managers were very responsive and eager to help. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful home. If we're ever fortunate enough to be back in Vermont, I know where we'll be staying!

Fantastic home and welcoming host
Host was on top of communication and kept me up to date. The house was fantastic and exactly what we needed. I didn't see it in the description but there is a grill on the back patio. We were all very excited and happy with the house and it's a great location from Stowe and nearby breweries. Strongly recommend.

This house was such a great place to stay. Our two families with 5 kids between the 2 had plenty of room. The kids loved staying in the basement and playing in the snow on the hill. The location was perfect for a short trip to the mountain or dining as well.

Convenient location central to both Stowe Resort and town but on a beautiful property with great views. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. They even arranged for shipping for our kids stuffed animal they left behind.

Great Holiday week
Great house. Three couples stayed for a week and would definitely return. No downside to this house. Master bedroom was great, only surpassed by the view. Short drivable distance to skiing, Main Street and other locally owned restaurants.

What a view!
We loved our time in Stowe! The house is pristine with amazing grounds and a picture perfect view. Our trip was planned such that we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but we all agreed that we could have spent an extra week lounging happily on this beautiful property. The owner was responsive and the home had everything we needed. I hope to be back soon!

Fabulous Property and Amazing Home
This house is a must stay. It was really comfortable for a family. The basement has a pool table and foosball table with a really comfortable sectional that my kids of various ages really loved and we enjoyed a few movie nights as a family in. The kitchen was well stocked and the 3 living rooms gave us all a space to spread out. We especially loved the master bedroom (which was a great size) and master bath that was a little secluded from the rest of the house for some privacy. We really loved being able to walk down to the pond and would take picnics down there for the kids to run around. The view from the living room and the fire pit was gorgeous. The house was clean and the owners were so nice to deal with. My only nit pick is that the street it's on is a little busy and when you are sitting outside you hear a decent amount of car traffic throughout the day. But the house was so sound proof, it never bothered us inside. With that being said, it was a really centrally located property- close to Main Street, great coffee shops, maple syrup barns, hiking areas, etc. This was such a fantastic property and we definitely plan to return.

Stunning views & lots of space!
This property is exactly as advertised— the house and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Four adults and three children had plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside. The pool and foosball tables are also great for killing time between outings. Best of all, the views from the dining room table are absolutely perfect. Host Kevin was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Oasis with stunning views
I can’t say enough about this property. It was immaculate…from the high end kitchen to the incredibly comfortable beds/linens to the views of the mountains. We loved every minute of our stay. The kids especially loved the pool table in the basement. The screened in porch was perfect for enjoying wine on cool summer evenings. The location is ideal—3 minutes from Trapps bierhall, and so close to all the great restaurants and shops on the mountain road. There is also easy access to the Rec path just down the road. We definitely plan on staying here again the next time we are in Stowe.

Incredible Home!
We loved our stay and the pictures are accurate! Relaxing indoors or out is so easy to accomplish at this home. Downtown and the best Spa's are just a short drive away as are some great hiking trails! We plan to make this an annual trip and stay here as our basecamp!

Phenomenal Stowe Property
Amazing property offers every comfort and convenience for a weekend in Stowe. Adults enjoyed the large equipped farmhouse kitchen and gorgeous eastern morning views while the kids had plenty to keep them entertained between the basement rec room and exploring the park-like grounds. Really perfect for all seasons. We can't wait to return.

Lovely house in excellent location!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very well-equipped (we were traveling with a small child and there was even a high chair and some children books). Our older kids enjoyed the game room in the basement. Awesome location and property.

Honestly, this place is pretty close to perfect. Located just 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants in Stowe Village, this home is simply stunning — phenomenal mountain views; three large and comfortable bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, dining area (with huge windows), and living room with gas fireplace; incredible mountain views; a large finished basement with an oversized couch, giant TV, foosball and a beautiful pool table; breathtaking mountain views; an awesomely friendly and helpful owner; and... did I mention the views? We would not hesitate to go back, and — in fact — are already discussing how and when we'll do so. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

This house was perfect for what we were looking for. WAY to much room for two people, but don't overlook it if you are looking for a romantic getaway for two. The house is comfortable and has spectacular views. We also appreciated the air conditioning on hot days and the screened in porch when it was raining! Very convenient to the Stowe bike path, restaurants and The Von Trapp Lodge. While the house is clean, comfortable and spacious, we had a few things that needed tending to with regard to the property’s amenities during our stay - the owner was very responsive and the issues resolved quickly.

This house is so amazing. Super clean and has lots of space. The view is also gorgeous. My family and I had such a wonderful time together. There are more than enough of amenities special cleaning supplies, paper towel, and toilet paper for you to use while your are staying, therefore, you no need to go out and buy it when it's run out. By far...Kevin is the best host in my opinion! Thank you for providing good house as advertise and well manage. Thank you for your hospitality. Definitely will be back!

Amazing Family Vacation
We had an amazing time here!. The home surpassed our expectations and was perfect for our family of 6. It was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It was so private and peaceful yet a short drive to everything that we needed in town and nearby attractions. The home came equipped with all that we needed to have a comfortable stay. The kids had fun by both ponds. The fire pit was a delight especially when we made smores. The family room was our favorite space together to play pool, foosball,etc.. The panoramic views on the first floor were breathtaking! There's actually no bad views from any spot in the house. Kevin was so easy to communicate with. He was available by text or phone whenever we needed him. He provided wonderful suggestions of places to eat/order from, activities, hiking trails, bike rentals and more. He was a fantastic host and made our stay very pleasant. We are already looking forward to our next stay! Pros: *Amazing views. *Clean, comfortable and very modern home. *All the comforts of home plus more. *Books and games available to use. *Screened in porch and incredible outdoor spaces. *Large property to explore. *2 Ponds to enjoy. *Very friendly owner and easy to communicate with. Oasis in Stowe
Our family of four enjoyed a perfect week at this property last week. The location is awesome - right outside of town and less than five minutes from the rec path. The views are spectacular and the property has so much to explore, our two kids didn’t want to leave. The house itself is bright, comfortable and chic and had everything we needed for our stay. Great property for a family stay in Stowe
Fantastic property in a fun town in Vermont! Round the corner from Von Trapp brewery, close to Stowe center and a short drive to other towns such as Waterbury. Plenty of space on the grounds to explore, play games (we set up a volleyball net), roast marshmallows in the fire... Inside the games room is perfect for entertainment (movies, foosball, pool...). Highly recommended! The owner, Kevin, was very responsive before, during and after our trip.
