“Loved the place will go back”

“The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to where we were doing things. Host was good to communicate with us. The only difficulty we had was with parking, but the host was good to offer alternatives. I would be willing to rent from this host again.”

“nice place”

“Great location for visiting UT; walkable to Neyland and Kerns. Well decorated (cute/cozy), very clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. Host was very great with communications both via email and a binder with local recommendations. Highly recommend!”

“some windows didnt have shades”

“There is some dirt and possibly mold in and around the A/C vents. There is free parking above the short wall above the pay parking lot.The parting noise was negligent, but train noise was not as bad on the weekend.”

“Love the location. Nice room. Very comfortable atmosphere. ”

“We loved our stay here at Eagles Landing! It was extremely clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Very conveniently located! Recommend 10/10 and would absolutely stay here again if we were to ever come back to PG. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“El sitio muy lindo, comodo, centrico y limpio.”

“It was pretty quiet here. The bedroom was big, the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets felt silky. The full bathroom was huge, and a nightlight was provided. Could use some paint touchups to make it more appealing, especially on the bathroom trim. We appreciate you sharing your home with us.”

“It was a fabulous stay next time we come back for vacation plan to stay there again ”

“The house was very clean and we loved the area.. the owners are so nice and so easy and quick to communicate with .. we loved our stay! Hope to come back and stay here again !”

“The only thing missing was the ice maker in the fridge didn't work but other than that all else was wonderful.”

“Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.”

“The condo was clean and very nice.”

“It was a good place, but needs to be updated. The plug next to the bed does not work when we got there. One pool was down could not swim. The basketball goal is bent with no net.”

“The room and the facilities were great. Surrounding are was so much fun.”
