“Family Friendly Clean house”

“Disappointing Stay — Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues This home was very basic, unkept, and unclean. If you are accustomed to well-maintained short-term rentals, you may want to lower your expectations. We arrived late, and the home was difficult to find due to poor exterior lighting. There was minimal lighting leading to the front door, and the entryway was dirty. The surrounding shrubbery was dry and overgrown, which did not create a good first impression. The home itself is large and……

“The hosts were great. Both Joe and his wife were very friendly and personable. Accommodations were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend it!”

“Small house on quiet street a short distance from downtown Reedley. Nice laundry facilities with new equipment. Parking on street in front of house - a little traffic morning and afternoon due to nearby school but no problem. Fenced yard and park next door would be great for dog. Nice patio set for enjoying sun.”

“Where do I begin? I feel like we got scammed. The reviews for this "apartment" were a 10 out of 10, and let me tell you it was more like a 4 out of 10. It was not advertised as a Motel 6 AT ALL! “We really enjoyed our 1 night stay.”

“It was nice that there was a fenced in area for our dog so we didn't have to walk her on a leash. The gate and door code systems were easy to maneuver, and the studio was very cute! Loved the full kitchen and access to a washer/dryer as well. It was a great home base to explore the Sequoias from, and I would stay here again if I was ever in the area.”

“This was the a great stay for us as a home base for our travels to the national parks, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, Pinnacles and Yosemite. Coming back to the skoolie after a day of hiking was just icing on the cake. It was a great experience.”
