“Where do I begin? I feel like we got scammed. The reviews for this "apartment" were a 10 out of 10, and let me tell you it was more like a 4 out of 10. It was not advertised as a Motel 6 AT ALL! If I knew that, I would have booked at an actual Motel 6 for less money. I didn't feel safe checking in, especially with the bulletproof glass that was between me and the office clerk. My wife and kid stayed in the car before I let them know it was safe to come to the room. There were literally……

“Pet friendly policy is super useful, always appreciate when hotels make it easy to bring furry friends along on trips like this one!”

“The place was clean as advertised”

“My first question before arriving was will the skoolie be comfortable in the hot temperatures (104-108). I did not receive an answer. However, experience shows that know it is not comfortable. At 4 o’clock this afternoon, the temperature inside was 100.Once inside on the first night, we found the smell of sewer gas overwhelming. Despite emptying the black tank of waste water and putting various tank treatments into the toilet, the sewer gas smell remains. The owners of the skoolie,, Hector and……

“It was very clean and lovely when we got there. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and respectful. Would definitely recommend.”

“Quiet neighborhood, great backyard for the dogs, cute cozy house.”

“no kleenex boxes to be found, so had to go buy. short on hangers, so needed to go buy.NO smoke/alarm installed. Vrbo did not give me the complete address, so had to call customer service and also to get the code to enter. After that it was good.”

“The room was dirty, floor was sticky, stains in the bed, chair dirty and sticky with hair on it, curtains full of holes, the room smelled bad (as if it had been a smoker room over decades), smoke detector not attached to ceiling but lying loose on a table, bathroom dirty, AC loud and appearing to fall out of the wall mount frame, broken down vehicles on the parking lot … (I could go on). On Expedia, this room was rated “10 - exceptional”, which is why I booked it. It is not even coming close to……

“We appreciated staying in this roomy house. Having a garage is such an enormous benefit!! We had a couple maintenance issues and the host was very responsive in remedying the situation! I would recommend this property and host!”

“The home was clean, comfortable and just as described. Thoughtful touches like paper products, washer pods, coffee pods for the Keurig and even cold bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge! Nice beds provided a great nights sleep! Close to shopping and restaurants, bowling, movies and a casino. We will stay again when we return next year. If you're looking to stay in the area, start with this one!”

“I went to Clovis, CA, to see family and needed a larger 1-story home to accommodate them. Prior to booking this home, I contacted the owner, who promptly answered all of my questions. He and his team also answered my questions quickly, thoroughly, and with kindness throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this clean, spacious home. Using the garage to park a vehicle and having a 1-story home for a family member with mobility issues who cannot climb stairs easily were huge pluses as……

“We appreciated having two king beds so we didn't feel cramped at all. There was enough space for everyone's belongings too.”

“We only spent a quick night here in order to catch an early flight. It was conveniently located near the airport. Everything was clean well appointed. The host was easy to communicate with. The locked gate was an added peace of mind. Unfortunately, the garage was very small and our vehicle did not fit.”

“It was a cozy and wonderful room in Clovis. About 1h to Yosemite Park. We would be happy to come back again.”

“We really appreciated the food that was available as we arrived late and didn’t have time to get to a grocery store.”
