The suite comprises a beautiful main floor foyer with brand new eat-in kitchen, remodeled bathroom and laundry area. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom and secondary bedroom fully furnished with brand new and quality beds, mattresses, desks, 32" flat screen tv's and cozy sitting area.

An amazing alternative to staying in a hotel, this suite can be your home away from home for less than $99/nte. 30 day minimum stay required.

Walking distance to all local amenities: parks, coffee shops, restaurants, churches, trails, our beautiful oceanfront boardwalk and more.

Owner occupies the back unit of the duplex and has pets. This is a pet-friendly place but due to owner's pets, we can allow only 1 cat, with pet deposit.
