This condo was difficult to find late at night. Directions could have been clearer. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There were small things like stained carpet, burned out lightbulbs, broken towel paper holder, and no dishwasher soap that earned it a lower rating. Otherwise it was spacious and easy to walk to town.

Condo is clean and nice. The challenge we had was with the plumbing and had to plunge the toilets multiple times. We asked for maintenance and they just brought a plunger and told us to do it ourselves. It was a bit gross and detracted from the vacation experience.

We would give it a 3.5 overall. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and a humidifier would be appreciated with the dry air from the fireplace. We loved the location and the condo was super cute. The bed is the most important part of our stay when we travel, otherwise we would have given it a 4.5 overall.

The property was spacious and clean. I didn't know it was on the 4th floor with no elevators. With luggage and 2 small children it was a hassle going up and down.

It was a wonderful place to have a get away with my cousins. We did run out of toilet paper & didn't realize there was no spares until later in the day when the office was closed. Also they had put short pillow cases on large pillows that didn't cover the whole pillow.

A week away in Breckenridge
We loved calling this condo “home” for nearly a week! Our condo had everything we needed and even had a few extras that really made it feel like home. The complex is quiet, and the ability to enjoy Colorado’s beautiful views are everywhere. Pine Ridge is fantastically situated to the main streets of Breckenridge. Shops, rest, breweries and activities are all an easy walk and no more than 5-15 minutes, depending on where you want to go. There is also a free bus system that is easily accessible from the complex. We did try to use the pool during our stay, only to find it was closed. By the color of the water, it appeared to be a chemistry problem. There was no ETA on when it would be back open, and we did not go back to find out. We would definitely recommend Pine Ridge, and we are already planning our next stay!

Descent & conveniently located
Good location- you can ski down 4 O’clock run and easily get to the buildings. The unit we had offered plenty of seating in the family room so the 4 of us could spread out & be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. The only issue was that the dishwasher wasn’t properly anchored to the counter & it fell forward every time the bottom rack was fully extended. The unit could use some rubber mats by the front door for people to put shoes when coming in from outside. The rod to open/close the vertical blinds in the master was broken & we had to use a fork & tweezers to get them to the closed position. The unit we had just needs some maintenance, but overall it was good.

The location, access, amenities and condition were great. We loved having such agood variety if games to play. The pool & hot tubs were wonderful. I left a note with the front desk staff with three things that need attention in the unit. We loved our stay. Thank you ~

Its a very nice place with waling distance to ski center , although i cant give 5 stars bcz maintenance are late, we have problem with living room heather, they came but problem continues then no one shows up even telling them few times over the phone, but the good think is they allow us to late check out and always polite over the phone.. so not excellent but way to go !

Definitely stay here
The unit--10D--was AMAZING!!!! It was larger than expected, clean, super comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. I was pleasantly surprised there was a stocked spice rack, making cooking a lot more convenient. Lots of space for my family trip, and the area is amazing. Easily walkable to everything we needed, and quick drive to the grocery store. The outside is a little dated, but inside the unit is everything and more! I have had hit-and-miss experiences with condos in Breck, and this is definitely a place I will stay again.

Usually go to Breckenridge once a year with family. Always stay here. Close walk to town. We park the car and usually never use it in 5 days.

Condo was nicely furnished and clean. Quick help was provided to learn how the tv functioned. Outside was nicely maintained. No tv’s in bedrooms. Had noisy construction during the first 2 days and no or unstable Wi-Fi during a lot of our 4 night stay.

The complex is centrally located within a 5 min walk to Main St. The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. We could see the mountains out of both balconies. Very spacious. We reserved a condo that had two twin beds and a master bedroom. When we arrived we found out the extra room only had one queen size bed not two twin beds. Our oldest slept on the couch which he said was extremely comfortable. We did have very heavy footed people upstairs. We did not call but should have. Lots of extras in the condo. Spices, seasonings, dishwasher soap, filters for the coffee machine, two hairdryers. The location was perfect. Walking distance to town and the slopes. We had the best time and a big part was coming back to the condo and turning the fireplace on and watching the snowfall.

Very nice and updated. I liked that it had all the cookware in the kitchen to cook meals. Also enjoyed having access to netflix and disney . Kids enjoyed having a tv in their room as well. We felt right at home and comfortable!

Great stay and better location. Close to Main St, maybe 200 yards and super easy to skin down to. The bus stop is right in front of condo which will take to snowflake chair lift first and then to Beaver Run Chair lift. Would stay here every year.

Verry, very clean condo, we were all so impressed with Pine Ridge condo experience. It is centrally located to pretty much everything in Breck. Highly recommend ! Bus stop in front of their office that will take you to all ski areas , also very close to gondola that is free that will take you to other ski areas.

Awesome place to stay
We loved everything about the resort and our unit. It was spacious, great location, close to the main street and bus stations, it had everything we needed (kitchen utensils, toiletries). It was just like a home, in some aspects, better equipped than our own. The special bonus was a working fireplace. Amazing views. We just loved it and we will definitely go back. We would like to get the same unit next year if possible. The only downside is the sofa sleeper which was outdated and uncomfortable. Other than that, our expectations were exceeded.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom with a loft, highly recommended. It was nicely decorated, very clean, near the lift and near the town. I was a little worry when I reserved it because the main lobby picture that they online does not look up to date.... however, the condominium that we had was awesome, nothing to do with the picture. Our condominium was on the 3rd floor, no elevators, no problem for us, but it is something good to know.
