Great location, on site parking. It is so hard for me to understand why the management fails to upkeep these apartments when it costs so much to spend a week there for a family of 5. Dated furniture, dirty carpets, nonexistent insulation for doors and windows, and non-efficient heating areas such bathrooms.

Condo was spotless, well equipped and most comfortable. Ideally located to town and ski area. We’ve stayed here before and will continue staying here. Grounds are kept immaculate. Can’t say enough good things about Pine Ridge Condos.

2F - 53 Steps up NO elevator 4th Floor

Location was good, unit was for up to 8 people with loft. There is NO Elevator and its on 4th floor! Not for older people or those having issues with their legs. Tub wouldn't hold water, no fans and its top floor. Location showed 3 story building but not same building. Carpet needs cleaned and way too many decorations. 1 working Hot Tub was nice. Building hallway had chemical smell, not sure if new sealant but was annoying. Couldn't cancel res thru Vicasa, very upset about that. 1 block from the middle of Breckenridge was nice part.

The location is absolutely perfect! Able to walk hike and bike everywhere! The unit was very outdated, couches were horrible, no security for the glass sliding doors, some windows had no screens! Carpet was stained and the beds were the worst we have ever used. The price was reflective for what you received. Will upgrade next time!!!!

Perfect location. Advertised as a pool and gym but was not informed when checked in. If you want to check those out, ask upon checking in. The sliding door takes 2 people to open. Very hard to push. The master needs blackout curtains as they have vertical blinds and the sun shines bright in the morning.

According to Expedia, there is supposed to be a pool on site. There is a pool an eight minute walk away that is shared with other condos of which a certain number of lucky guest can get a key to use, but once they’re gone, they’re gone. The property management team said Expedia was using pictures from other properties that weren’t even on their property and the on-site pool issue was bad information from Expedia. Aside from this disappointment, our overall stay at the Pine Ridge condominiums was great.

Great location

Staff at check in were great. They also responded immediately when we requested a light bulb change. The space worked well. We had a two bed/two bath unit, and there was plenty of room. The location of the property is really convenient - walking distance to main street with tons of restaurants and shops. Short drive to a grocery store. We had only a couple of negatives (only one can be helped by the owner/property mgrs). The carpet in our unit had a lot of stains. It needs a good cleaning or replacement. Unfortunately, that is the first thing you notice upon walking in. Our second issue was very noisy upstairs neighbors. If you don't mind stairs, I'd suggest a top floor unit.

We had a great time and loved the location. The property was in good condition with just a few minor issues that didn’t take away from our amazing time. You can walk to downtown and there was plenty to do. Definitely recommend year round.

This was one of the best rentals we’ve had—so close to Main Street, clean, very comfortable. Even the pull out couch mattress was comfortable. The 2nd bedroom has double bed bunk beds. There’s a washing machine too. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was nice and cozy except the carpet, that was dirty with lots of stains. They don't need to change it, but definitely needs to be professionally steam cleaned. We stayed in this condo for 5 nights. I really wanted to leave on the second night. But i knew that I wouldn't be refunded. Not acceptable for what we paid.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

We absolutely love staying here! We were a group of six and we had plenty of room to spread out and also a really large living room to hang out together. We will definitely be returning again and this condo will be at the top of our list to check out. If you have a family and you’re wanting to have room to spread out but still be together this is the perfect space for you! We loved the hot tub and the pool. The only thing that was a little sad was it was only open from noon to eight. And we really wish it was open a little bit later. The great thing about the pool was it was heated. And there were three hot tubs and one pool that was very large and clean. There was plenty of shopping and places to eat within a half mile of where this is located. We bought our own groceries and cooked at home, but there is a very cute downtown area that is easy to explore on foot or by free public transportation.

This is a great close property to Breckenridge we had a great time there. So many things are within walking distance and even had a visit from 2 Moose outside our balcony. Great Stay will come back here 100% !!!!

This is a great unit. It has a lot of wear and tear which I reported. Two of the chairs in the living room were broken and the hairdryer in the master. It is on the 4th floor and there is not an elevator but we had a great stay

The unit we were given is in bad need of repairs and updates. The carpet felt dirty and the shower in the master bedroom had mold and hairs from the last guest in the shower. Not to mention that two light bulbs were out and I had to replace them because the maintenance people never called me back about them. This unit was definitely NOT worth the price I paid! Not to mention there is no elevator in the building so we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs. When we went to use the hot tub we couldn’t because it was closed with no explanation and far from our unit. The only upside was the distance to the lift. It would be a great place if it was cleaner and better kept.
