“We had our daughter graduate from the U, celebrated with some dinners and swimming. Perfect location as it was close but not too close (not crazy busy around us). Took about 10 min to get to the campus. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had 9 staying, and could have had more. Would definitely recommend!”

“The host was awesome. We had a few hiccups with VRBO cancelling our trip that we booked through them at the last minute, however, the host was AWESOME! He did a great job at communicating and making sure that our booking was still intact. We will never book through VRBO again, but would contact this host directly as he was very helpful with our stay! Anything that we needed, he responded very quickly and was very pleasant. The home was beautiful and would stay there again. ”

“The house was everything we were hoping for. The host was quick to answer questions and rectify any (tiny) issues. The neighborhood is definitely a working class neighborhood which some other reviews mistook fo something else. Our group of 15 kids and adults loved this place. Absolutely a lovely stay!”

“We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 10 bedroom home in Coral Gables! It was perfect for our group—everyone had their own private room and bathroom, which made the trip feel even more comfortable and accommodating.The open-concept layout gave us plenty of space to gather, and we especially appreciated the dry-erase board for planning and keeping organized. “We booked this property for my bachelor party, and were extremely happy with how everything worked out. Plenty of beds and rooms for our party of about 12 guests. Had all the right amenities, the best being the pool. The property manager, Eduardo, was very helpful through the entire process. “Stayed here for a bachelorette party, it fit 11 of us perfectly and the house is beautiful. We loved the backyard with the pool and the canal. The house is beautiful and clean. There wasn’t much communication before the trip but during our stay Aaron was very prompt and helpful. I highly recommend this place! Location is amazing in terms of being close to everything which is a huge reason why we booked this house to begin with.”
