It was difficult to find parking, but we got lucky. The area around the hotel isn’t very nice but it’s an easy walk to Ortiz Island, which is absolutely beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel minutes walk from Ortigia
I loved every minute of my stay. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The property is renovated beautifully, and my room spacious and clean. I hope to return next year.

The hotel was in a great location to visit Ortigia. Very close to the central train station also. Service at the hotel was excellent and the room was amazing. Would recommend to anyone visiting Syracusa.

Modern, comfortable, clean and nice location, short walk from Ortigia and the train station. Welcoming and helpful staff (Francesca, Claudia, Francesco and Stefano). Fantastic and over the top breakfast and dinner from chef Valentina and team (Andreas, Chiara and Maria).

We loved everything about this hotel - the location was perfect, the staff was helpful and kind, and thecroom was very clean and had everything we needed. Guiseppi was particularly helpful. We were very impressed with the fantastic breakfast, it was more than we expected. We are big walkers and found the hotel to be located in a perfect location. We would recommend this hotel to others and we would stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a great location
Very nice boutique hotel within easy walking distance of all the sights in Siracusa (a few blocks from Ortigia island, and 20 minutes or so from the archaeological park). Surprisingly quiet too, despite central location. Reasonably OK finding (free) on-street parking nearby.

An excellent welcome , staff all helpful & friendly (Andrea especially so at breakfast) . Clean, quiet but close to everything. room lovely, as was the shower room. Didn't use restaurant other than for excellent breakfast. Changed soap/ toiletries when not used much, maybe leave them to reduce waste?

The hotel is very nice, modern and cosy, we only stayed for an unexpected 1 night and it was a very pleasant one indeed. We got a junior suite with a split level which I personally love, having the bedroom upstairs :) highly recommended

A modernised building with good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The evening restaurant is run by a very creative lady chef. The wines and food were expensive. Although the dishes were not large plates of food, quality produce was used and meals were memorable. It is possible to have room only and then add on breakfast or dinner if needed.

I really liked this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, pastries, yogurt, eggs to order. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Our train had problems, and we did not arrive in Syracusa till midnight. The hotel put us in touch with a cab driver who met us at the station, and the hotel staff checked us in late. They also helped arrange a boat tour around the island. The room was a good size, and comfortable and clean.

I thought the location was great - 3 blocks from Ortigia. The staff was very accommodating and the rooftop area was very nice. The thing we liked the best was the restaurant. The menu and the execution was outstanding.

We stayed 2 nights in Syracuse and the staff assisted us with arranging excursions and a bonus discount. They made our stay comfortable by providing a fan, and leaving the air conditioning on when we were away from the property. The weather has been exceptionally warm so we were very appreciative. The property is clean, the staff is friendly and redponsive6. The location is within walking distance from the downtown and parking was available. Highly recommend it to anyone!!

Great hotel, but important to know where to park!
We had a lovely stay and the team was incredibly accommodating throughout our time there. However we pulled into Siracusa expecting to find parking at the hotel only to find out the parking is 15 minutes away and managed by a valet service. The hotel helped us find a free spot on the street for our car, but it made for a very confusing start to the stay!
