“客房乾淨 服務人員親切”

“The property is located in the heart of Tagaytay City where all you need within reach.”

“太老舊了，浴室用品非常不全。毛巾的顏色都是灰黑色的,很髒。”

“餐點還行，服務人員很親切。”

“All good things. Nothing bad.”

“My Lyn was a great host. She had a very comfortable condo. Clean with a beautiful view. Great area for relaxation. No complaints.”

“nothing good can say about this property. the a/c didn’t work, the room smelled bad, awful smell from the bathroom. we complained to the staff and asked for another room but the one they were giving us was for 1 person and there were two staying in the room. they said they brought the issues to the manager but they didn’t do anything about it. worst place ever!!!”

“I like the hotel but they want us to pay a coffee doesn’t include at free breakfast at first someone told me it’s free the stuff over there it’s terrible especially the lady. ”

“客房非常的差！！窗户隔音基本上是没有（应该是这40年来住到隔音最差的饭店！！），想象你躺在马路边的感觉，服务人员态度ok，”

“I booked La Mansion Hotel mainly for its price and location, so I wasn't expecting luxury. However, the room was just right for a place to sleep, which was all I needed. The lobby has a great, cozy ambiance, making it a perfect spot for us to hang out and chat. My main reason for choosing this hotel—besides the price—was the location. I did a lot of street research on the neighborhood beforehand to ensure there were accessible stores and 24 hours restaurants nearby. Coming from a different time……

“It was so great that I experienced an old and Spanish era house”
