A three-seat center island anchors the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. Gather in the open living and dining area, beautifully appointed with a stylish sofa set, TV, and six-seat wood table. Stay cool at night with the partial AC in both bedrooms, and sip morning coffee on the furnished patio overlooking the lush landscape.

The gated community of The Point offers exclusive access to a swimming pool, a yoga deck, and a children's playground as well as over two acres of a protected area with walking trails. There’s food and a convenience store near the gated entrance, while a local beachfront restaurant is within easy walking distance. You’re also located approximately 11 miles from fun beach cities like Tamarindo and Langosta.
