Sorry that you didn't encounter the best experience. However, we take cleanliness seriously and try our best to accommodate guests requests. We offered you full refund as soon as you complained after check-in but you refused and decided to stay the whole time. Then calling to ask for a full refund, which is an inappropriate practice. This guest's review is untruthful and exaggerated.

Hi Yveslisse, sorry to hear your experience was not the best. Firstly, cameras were disclosed in the listing. Each room is rented out individually. So cameras present to enforce mutual respect among guests. It happened on those dates that you only booked 1 room, but I was generous to let you use 2 rooms because it was available. The room you booked was a double room with clearly no TV, but you could use one in the shared living room (I’m not sure if you used it) Secondly, this is my home, I live here a few days as well. We can better communicate about parking if you were more open. There was only 1 time you called me to move my car and I did instantly. I wash all sheets and clean the rooms and bathroom every time a guest checking out. I also list these rooms on Airbnb and Booking, you can check those reviews about how clean my place is. Maybe you saw wrinkles because I only wash and dry the sheets, but not iron them. This is a common practice at homestay, not hotels. Please consider that. I strongly believe this review was written by your daughter, who wasn’t on the reservation or staying there at all. I met you and your son, you both were fine and have no complaints when I actually living there with you guys on those dates. I hope you have better experience next time at another homestay. Otherwise, a hotel would be a better option.
