We contract with a vendor for preventative pest control monthly, as well as have random inspections provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis. check in staff was totally unprepared to handle large volume of clients checking in for graduation weekend. only 2 counters open & when 1 had an issue, it delayed the wait even longer. For special occasions like these, they should be more prepared for large volume of clients checking in, such as 2 more counters open for an extra hour or so

Perfect place to stay to help my daughter move out of her dorm for the summer. Our room was clean and very quiet, and the Manager at check-in was kind enough to give us a room away from the elevator bank. We did have breakfast on site, and the food was fine. My only issue was that we were approached by an employee who I thought may have been the day manager, but who actually tried to give us the hard sell on signing up for a vacation package through Hilton Honors. The expectation was essentially for me to prepay for a vacation on the spot, at the table, to take advantage of Hilton points, etc…. I really didn’t appreciate the interruption of our breakfast for this person to try and make a sale, and once he realized I wasn’t going to take the offer he was quite abrupt in walking away. Please consider not having salespeople interrupt guests’ meals in the future. It really soured our breakfast experience and good conversation with my daughter.

It was close to Moffitt McKinley center. Shuttle service was good. Cocktail hour and snacks good. Staff helpful. Breakfast was great. Stayed in wellness suite and the AC was so loud we turned it off. Couldn't get shower on, had to go down to front desk and woman came up and almost killed herself turning it on with both hands it was so tight. Know why as it leaked the whole time afterward but couldn't take another interruption in our stressful stay going to the cancer center ! However we would stay there again for the convenience of it and the amenities.

My tub had a constant drip that we reported and nothing was fixed. Our bathroom sink stayed clogged even tho we reported it and engineering came to check it and poured something down the drain and it still didn't work. It still was backing up.

Love the Embassy Suites Brand. Hotel is located on the USF campus and is close to shopping, restaurants and Busch Gardens. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was great. Breakfast at the Embassy Suites is best in the business.

This is our second time staying (first was in 2022) and both times were amazing. Friendly staff, very clean, fantastic omelet station at breakfast and great location. I’m so glad our second visit was as good as the first after hyping it up to my family. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in the Tampa area

Everytime AC came on, tv in sitting area went off. Dont go to the restaurant for dinner. Waitor was great. Kitchen sucked ass. Took 30 min for cold nachos starter. While my dinner sat in the window. My husbands salad sat 20 min in window while my dinner was remade. After i said take the nachos, charge us for tea and beer, we're out. . The waitor still brought us food. I walked away and my husband paid for our drinks. Then at 12:30 police were there cause its ghetto and guests caused a ruckus. Stay across the street at the Holiday Inn.
