Hi Jill,Thank you for your review. We are actually in the process of upgrading our key system. As we do not have front desk staff, we provide 24-hour service and there is signage at the front door and the front desk to obtain assistance. As bedding preferences are not guaranteed, we do try our best to accommodate the guest and often times will ask if they are okay with a queen bed rather than a king, if it is not available. We are fortunate to be so close to many attractions and services in the area.
