Wonderful customer service. Everyone from Front Desk to Housekeeping to the Bell Man were welcoming and friendly. The vibe is cook with beautiful minimalist aesthetics. Loved the comfortable beds and pillows and especially the mini freezer and fridge in the room.

Family run, recently renovated, clean and comfortable. They offer pickup from the airport for a reasonable fee (for Guam). I had an early morning departure which they gladly accommodated. There are some renovations being made to the courtyard and entrance. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Under Renovation as of Jan 2024. There were signs of construction in the parking lot and around certain areas of the property. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower room has no door and so water tracks into the main bathroom and on the bathroom door. There’s a towel for the floor for convenience. Located in central Tumon, this hotel is a convenient walk or drive to amazing shopping and restaurants. A lobby bar or cafe in the hotel would be a bonus when the renovation is complete.

We were disappointed at the quality of the hotel. The description claimed the furniture was brand new, but we had a stained couch and one of the beds was ripped. The room had rotten or mildew smell the entire time and they did not actively clean our room or bring fresh towels. The phone and the TV did not work when we got into the room and had to call maintenance several times. The front door would also not shut all the way. There was also a blood stain on one of the master bedroom pillow cases. They showed pictures of a spa on the website and there is no more spa connected. The pool has no shade. And the facility itself is run down despite being brand new. The staff were slow and undertrained when we had maintenance issues. There were no dressers and the closet space was too large, but not functional because there weren’t enough hangers or areas to hang longer items of clothing. The parking lot was very small and was connected to the buffet next-door so on evenings when we would come home later, we had to park in a dirt lot. We will not be staying there again.

Common areas were dirty and just made me feel really dirty from three moment I arrived. Elevators are dirty with hand marks and smudge marks everywhere which are not cleaned. Hall ways on my floor smelled. Room floors felt ummopped. From the pictures the rooms look renovated which they are but just cosmetic upgrades... Still felt old. No hot water in the showers so me and my 4 year old has to take quick cold showers. Pool was dirty with a lot of bugs floating around. My kids was modified so I had to pay for a day pass at another hotel to use their facilities. The staff were mid. There was a really nice gentleman the day I was checking out who was really talkative and kind. The other Lady had zero personality and was not very warm or talkative. I think people at the front desk should really make more of an effort to makes their guests feel welcome. Overall, the hotel felt like a 4* hotel in Cuba... So in other words about a 2.5/3 everywhere Else. The good points are the price and location but I words much rather pay more to stay in a nicer hotel. Will not return.

My recent stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, but two areas stood out as needing improvement: the bathroom and the outdoor structure. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but the bathroom had some issues. There was no shower door, which made it challenging to keep water from splashing everywhere, and the water took an unusually long time to heat up. Outside the hotel, the outdoor structure appeared weathered and dated, diminishing the overall appeal of the property. While these issues didn't significantly disrupt my stay, addressing the bathroom and outdoor structure through renovations would certainly enhance the guest experience. A modern, well-equipped bathroom with proper fixtures and a faster hot water system, along with an updated outdoor area, would make this hotel a more attractive and enjoyable destination for guests. The staff at this hotel were truly amazing. From the moment I checked in, their warmth and professionalism shone through. Their dedication to customer service made my visit all the more special, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Kudos to the exceptional staff at this hotel!

The staff ( Jamie Ann) was particularly attentive and very helpful. Despite our very early morning arrival, she welcomed us warmly. The hotel room smells good, is very clean and has ultra comfy beds. The bathroom is clean, however there are no wall hooks or towel racks to hang used towels. Basic amenities (soap, shampoo…) are provided. I suggest the roof of the driveway be fixed so that the guests dont get wet when alighting from the cab (it was raining during our stay). I hope in the future, breakfast can be served. Because the location of the hotel is great, there are a lot of restaurants near by so it wasnt really an issue. There is a 24 hr convenience store right in the hotel which is a great plus! Overall, it’s a hotel where you get your moneys worth. Id stay here if I go back in the future.
