You did book the single room which clearly states, No air conditioning, ceiling fan only.My other 8 rooms have A/c but are of course more expensive.

Thanks for the stay the room was clean and in a easy location the updates were of a good standard but the blind on the back door blocked no light out our room was very bright by 4.30am also there was no information in the room for the Wifi password.

They went over and beyond to accommodate me. Everything was clean and tidy to the front areas. Neighbour decided to party late into the night, and afterwards the repercussion of the night before, was heard from around 4am onwards. I was glad I had ear plugs. All in all a lovely spot and I would stay there again.

Look they have tried really hard to make the place look nice but it really is run down. Our private court yard was full of weeds, the skirting boards rotting away, and there was only luke warm water for showers I paid extra for the luxury boho suite and I am glad I did as I would really be worried of the other rooms for the price i paid compared to others in the area shocked me

You booked through an agent not direct.There are 7 clear photos showing the room.It is advertised “in bold”,***small 15sq queen room***Maps shows clearly where I am 175 for a Friday night is that expensive ?

The room was basic but clean. The bed comfortable but not luxurious. The bathroom had recently been renovated - the shower was hot and had great water pressure. The photos were deceptive, it is a ‘tired’ motel. Only stayed there one night as it was somewhere to sleep.

For Seniors, singles and couples, this is ideal. It wouldn't suit families as the rooms are small. I loved the simplicity, and the renovations were a little nostalgic - a little quirky. The shower floor was slippery for my husband, but nothing that wearing thongs couldn't deal with. The hot water wasn't late in the afternoon, but it was a good temperature next morning.

I found several cockroaches in the kitchenette during my first night. Despite the unpleasantness I killed them and cleaned them up. The second night I woke up to insect noises and found a big cockroach and some small ones walking behind it. I felt very disgusted and could not sleep. I notified staff who moved me into a new room for my final night but it was a very unpleasant experience.

Room was very small and window could not be locked. As a result anyone could open it and then reach around to the door and gain entry. When reported to reception he was not interested. We went and bought a piece of doweling to make the window safe. Never again.

The room was clean and spacious, it had its own carpark outside the room. It was in a very quiet area. The key and room was ready when we arrived and it was a very simple and easy check in and out system. We enjoyed our stay.
