We had a wonderful time golfing at the executive courses, dancing to the music at Brownstone and Sumter Landing squares. Enjoyed each day investigating so many activities. So much fun. "This property is just like described in a quiet space near the city of Clermont and easily accessible to the freeway. The place is fully furnished to cook a meal, take a shower, watch television making it very comfortable. Outdoors there are alot of places to relax in the shade and there is even a grill for outdoor cooking. I would definitely stay here again and am happy to stay its pet friendly."

"The villa has been beautifully remodeled. You walk in and feel at home. The home was one of the cleanest we have ever rented. There is everything you could need to cook a fabulous dinner. The owner was so friendly and ready to answer all our questions. She is truly a gem. The location is so quiet you can not hear a thing.
