“We like Seabrook because there is something for everyone. The Tarpon Pond 551 had a lovely view of the 17th Fairway. The porch room was our favorite gathering space for playing competitive board games at night. It got a bit noisy for the person attempting to sleep in the loft area however. The galley kitchen is adequate, but we really enjoy eating at the Pelican’s Nest. Delicious! Thank you for sharing your home to reunite and recreate with family!”

“This is a fantastic house and a wonderful location super close to the pool. Bonus that it includes the amenity cards. I recommend this place highly. Only constructive criticism, We did not have wifi for the duration of our stay. We did let someone know and they weren’t really able to help so not sure how that got resolved. We did try unplugging and re-plugging in the router and did not have success. We came for a beach vacation, so this was not a dealbreaker for us as we spent very little time...

“My son, I and his friend enjoyed this Cobby Creek cottage with a view of golf course. It was perfect for the three of us and our two dogs. We really enjoyed the sunroom. The circular neighborhood is perfect for bike riding with the kids. We enjoyed horseback riding at the equestrian center and shopping in Fresh Fields. Loved the separate living area upstairs for teens to hang out. ”

It was a perfect location for two families with children to stay and be more than comfortable. The loft is great for kids of all ages, and it was great for them to have a space to call their own. “The home was very comfortable for our group of lady friends all over 50 most from SC driving in and me catching up as well as all working since a few of us are busy professionals. So we also had to use the wifi, printer and be able to work comfortably with a nice view of the golf course and its wildlife.
