The home is as described. Clean, easy check in, check out. Does feel a little like a ghost town, though, as very few people around. No on-site amenities, ie. pool, etc. but great location near we were going.

Coffee pot dirty rotten fruit in the fridge trash can full towels and wash clothes on floor and on shower floor hair in sink and shower garage full of sand. This is my 4th time here always clean in the past But cleanliness's is extremely important to us. Won’t be back.

Clean. No frills. Very quiet which was what we wanted. Love the location. Close to Mt Dora and Yalaha. Nice restaurants in the area. Our big let down was the insane amount of gnats throughout the house in particular the main bathroom. I don’t know if it’s because of all the construction going on in the area or what but it was a turnoff. We also came across 2 roaches but you can tell that they have pest control as they were not active as they would be in the case of a place with no pest control. That did not bother us because we live in Florida and we understand you can’t fully expect to not see one here and there. But the gnats was not good. Very bro frills as mentioned earlier. Sheets were very basic. 25 thread count but clean. The beds were comfortable. We loved the garage. That came in very handy! Overall…. Not bad at all.

Very Peaceful. Food Very Healthy and Good; voluntar Ranganath was very friendly, helpful and accomodating Staff - both Christy and Minal where Very Helpful Unit was clean and very spacious What I didn't like was Guest where asked to sit at the corner; where not integrated with the regulars.

Short 3 night stay for golf
Nice condo unit that work well for our short golf trip. Check-in was very easy and the location was good for what we needed. A couple of issues, the wi-fi was not working and we needed to waste time resetting the router. Biggest issue was most of the dishes were left dirty in the dishwasher when we arrived. Wanted to clean them but there was no dishwasher soap in the unit. Also the stove was quite dirty as it look like something boiled over down the door.

Tournament Stay
Perfect location for my son and I to use as a home base for a weekend golf tournament. There was a little confusion on our first day regarding our check-in, but it all worked out. There still is construction going on in the neighborhood, which is being built out as a future retirement community. Pictures are accurate. Unit is simply decorated but stocked with basics, is new, clean, and comfortable. WiFi was excellent and location is very conveniently located near a Publix and several fast casual restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

The property was everything it stated. The condo was so spacious and the layout of the place was awesome, especially for the price. We couldn't have gotten a better deal at a hotel. The location was great, because we were there on a family get together for Father's Day. Several of my family members stay here as well and we all absolutely loved the stay in Tavares. It's located by a Publix and several other eatery places. I got up and ran on Saturday morning and felt very safe running in that area at 6am. I would stay there again if ever in the area. Thanks for making our trip a success and enjoyable.
