“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I booked my room almost two weeks in advance and requested a top-floor room before check-in because I'm a light sleeper. When we arrived, the front desk told us every top-floor room was sold out, so we were placed on the first floor. What really bothered me was seeing guests who checked in after us getting rooms on the top floor. That made it feel like our request and early reservation……

“This property is a dump. The exterior was dirty, the balcony railing was all bent. The sheets were stained and had cigarette holes. The bathroom was dirty, with the toilet seat falling off, the shower drain rusty and dirty, the shower curtain rod falling off. I refused to use the shower. The room smelled like a smoker had been there so the AC fan was not useable. The overall property was very seedy. Several banged up cars parked in the lot, with people hanging around who weren't staying there. I……

“Room was horrible. The ceiling was leaking in the bathroom. They called themselves had patched it up but did an awful job. But it progressively got worse. The light over the face bowl was blown There solution was to give me towels to put on the floor. The bedding had cigarettes burn in it. To really top it off the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Complete fault advertising, and nowhere near any airport. The bar and grill that is supposedly have in it does not exist. This is a complete……

“We had to ask a lot of times for clean towels and did not get them until the last day plus there was mold in the bathroom the floors was nasty and dirty that would turn your feet black we also ask them for extra pillows and never got them I am not very happy with the service I would like a refund please but I know one thing is for sure is that if I ever visit cinicanni again I will not be staying at that hotel ever again and like I said earlier I would like my money back please because I will……
