I was in Tbilisi on business for 10 days. Not sure what to expect from this small hotel, but it turned out to be an absolute delight! I would recommend it to anyone.
I would be remiss If I didn't begin with the hotel restaurant. Tiny, unassuming, and a wonderful discovery. I don't often eat in hotel restaurants, but in this case, I couldn't bring myself NOT to eat in it! I travel globally, and can say without hesitation that the food preparation, presentation and delivery is among the best I have ever experienced. The chef, a young Latvian named Constantine personally made sure every guest was satisfied.Wow!
In the hotel, the customer service was outstanding with everyone I met. Accommodating, helpful, polite - everything one could want. The room I was in was artsy-modern, with some unique appointments. Very clean & well-lit.
The elevators were small (not unusual for Georgia). One had some odd wall treatment - a spongy, fuzzy sea-coral appearing substance. I've never seen anything like it before. (It wasn't a bad thing, just... well... odd.)
When I am back in Tbilisi, this hotel (and the restaurant) will be my first choice!
