I was in te hotel for 4 days and once my room was not cleaned and serviced the heating system was boken and unfortunately there was no water ...............

Dear Mohammad, As we have explained during your check-in, because of the Pandemic regulations we can not enter the guest's room, if they do not request cleaning. And during the cleaning process, the guest should be out of the room. This is for Covid-19 safety reasons and I sincerely hope that you understand that we care for your safety. As for technical things, it would be much better if you would tell us it during your stay, so that we would have fixed if there was a problem. We had a great experience in this hotel. This place is really nice! Modern design and very clean. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The front desk is amazing !! The general manager is so welcoming !!!They are so helpful!!!I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again !!!

wow guys i think you should put this hotel number one on your search list ,what i found upon arriving at Grove Design hotel is amazing i am talking innovation ,quality ,well conducted stuff with the best ever service ,rooms are like haven equipped with state of the art technology and furniture the food wow i am going to use this hotel all the time when i go to Georgia and yes the owner is such a vibrant humble girl,sister,friend,corporate woman of note #Kartarina which i happened to meet and not forgetting how down to earth she is <<<<<<<< I AM IN LOVE WITH GRAND DESIGN i wished i could take it with me where ever i go and i have to tell you now here that every South African visiting Tbilisi will sleep at Grove Design .

It is a nice design hotel with ample rooms, and great bathrooms. It is far away from the old town district where all the main historical buildings and attractions are located. Nevertheless, the neighborhood where the hotel is located has a lot of restaurants, and the metro is on walking distance. It would be nice if the hotel would have something to stand out: It felt a bit bland and impersonal.

Cool modern boutique hotel
Grove is a chill boutique hotel near within walking distance of good restaurants and shops. On arrival atb1 am staff jumped into action procuring me hypoallergenic bedding and sending me off to find some food in the neighborhood. Staff were always kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Definitely a cool place.

Best Kept Secret In Tbilisi!
I was in Tbilisi on business for 10 days. Not sure what to expect from this small hotel, but it turned out to be an absolute delight! I would recommend it to anyone. I would be remiss If I didn't begin with the hotel restaurant. Tiny, unassuming, and a wonderful discovery. I don't often eat in hotel restaurants, but in this case, I couldn't bring myself NOT to eat in it! I travel globally, and can say without hesitation that the food preparation, presentation and delivery is among the best I have ever experienced. The chef, a young Latvian named Constantine personally made sure every guest was satisfied.Wow! In the hotel, the customer service was outstanding with everyone I met. Accommodating, helpful, polite - everything one could want. The room I was in was artsy-modern, with some unique appointments. Very clean & well-lit. The elevators were small (not unusual for Georgia). One had some odd wall treatment - a spongy, fuzzy sea-coral appearing substance. I've never seen anything like it before. (It wasn't a bad thing, just... well... odd.) When I am back in Tbilisi, this hotel (and the restaurant) will be my first choice!

Amazing hotel.
This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in since I came to Georgia. The hotel was very different compared to other hotels I have stayed in. In the future, if I have to stay at a hotel again I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Modern Gem in Tbilisi
Peer down each floor of this hotel and be intrigued by its sleek modernism. Rooms are immaculate, as is most everything else. Easily reached by foot, providing you have easy to move luggage and don’t mind a 20-minute walk, from Tbilisi’s main train station. Staff is excellent and seamlessly arranged a driver for a day trip excursion and with notification, had a cab waiting to get us to the airport for one of Tbilisi’s famously early international flights. Breakfast was great with buffet and made-to-order, delicious hot meals included. Not that close to the city’s main tourist sites, but for those who enjoy exploring on foot, it’s supremely walkable to Old Town (maybe 5 miles round trip), or a quick taxi ride. Room TV had Netflix so it was a real treat to watch familiar shows, but hard to peel our eyes away from views of modern Tbilisi.

Wonderful smart modern hotel
Wonderful smart modern hotel with very unusual architectural style. Nice large light and airy rooms. Good bathroom - with good strong lighting - so important for shaving, but often overlooked. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Close to cafe's and restaurants. Good wifi and parking. Highly recommended.

The staff is amazingly helpful, the rooms are neat and functional. The hotel's facilities are limited. The breakfast choices were limited and I wished they had some Georgian specialties on the menu.
